Description of Work: Put in a call to shut off the water to the sprinkler system because of an underground leak because I could not find the emergency shut off. They arrived a bit later than estimated, but this was the same day emergency team and he called twice to update me about running late so no problem--I was just happy to get someone out there same day. It remained unclear where the shut off valve was located--probably under some compacted dirt that they could not probe through. So even though it was completely dark, they went ahead and repaired the broken pipe and cut out the tree root that had caused the problem. I was very impressed that they went ahead and fixed the problem when they were only there for an emergency cut off. The cost included the little over $100 same day/emergency fee so the overall cost was very reasonable. I have more work that needs to be done at some point and will definitely call them again.
