They were very pleasant and apologetic and they did try to please until the problem was resolved.

They did a very good job. They showed up on time and they did what they said they would do. It did cost a little more than what I expected but that?s just how things go. My old controller was bad and had to be replaced so the price went over the estimate.

They were fast and honest. The cleanliness was perfect. I will continue to use them in the future.

My wife called me in the middle of the first day to say that while we were spending a large sum the work being performed was hard and dirty. The crew was hand digging a deep and wide trench from the back of my land to the street. On the second day two large trailers of dirt were removed to regrade the yard correctly. This is work of a decidedly more technical nature than I expected coupled with what appeared to be back breaking labor. The crew and foreman (Cory?) were pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable.

He went through every single zone and all heads to determine which ones just needed simple adjustments, which ones needed to replaced and even the flower beds to determine if any risers needed to be added to ensure broader water coverage. Kyle is knowledgeable about the soil in this area and was able to recommend and program a modified watering schedule to ensure a deeper root watering on few days. He replaced several pop ups, adjusted some, replaced 4 nozzles and added 2 risers in addition to installing the new controller and rain/freeze sensor. He checked with me all along the way to make sure I was happy with the placement of the controller as well as the sensor.

Andy's did an exceptional job. They showed up on time, worked extremely hard to finish the job on schedule and on budget. Our water issues are completely resolved. It is amazing what they did in our yard! They are extremely professional and explained everything that we did not understand. We would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This company is excellent. I could set my watch by how prompt they were. Sergio Bravo, the job supervisor was very knowledgeable and made many excellent suggestions.They came in on budget. I needed some adjustments to the new sprinklers and they came out promptly and did the work without an additional charge.

I originally contacted the company because my system was not coming on automatically or manually and my yard was quickly turning brown. Tony and his partner did a great job of trouble-shooting the problem with the control box and repairing it quickly. Since we are new to the home we had them assess the entire system. It was apparent that it had been quite some time since it had been maintained and numerous heads needed to be replaced. Tony was professional and answered all of my questions. Now I have piece of mind that the system is in good working order for years to come.

We has previously used Andy's to install a French drain and were happy with the work. We were having issues with our water coverage in a zone. We had called a different company we had worked with in the past for our sprinkler problems, and while they fixed the requested problem, they didn't identify a big leak which was causing low water pressure and coverage in that zone. Instead they said it was due to too many heads in that zone, and we'd have to split the zones. I went to Angie's list to get a name of another company for a quote, and came across Andy's again. I called them on Monday, they sent someone out today (Thursday). The techs were running a bit late from their previous job, but kept me informed on the new expected arrival time. They quickly assessed the problem areas and located the leak, and also installed a rain/freeze sensor that was needed. The water pressure and coverage in that zone is now better than ever. Very happy to have called them, and will always call them for future sprinkler needs.

They were on time and very professional. I would use them again for sure.

They were punctual and were not here for that long. They came, fixed, and left. They fixed the valves pretty fast and according to my husband, it was a good experience. They were real professional and very nice. They called up before they said they were going to come.

I contacted Andy's about replacing several sprinkler heads in my yard so that they would pop up above the grass and/or bushes. The whole experience from start to finish was great. From making and scheduling the appointment to completion of the work everything went very well. Kyle and his assistant was very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use Andy's again when I have other lawn irrigation needs.

The two man team arrived on time, started to work immediately by checking the system, finding the troubled sports, fixing said trouble spots (3). It took about 90 minutes, they cleaned up their work site. They were very polite, explained exactly how much each set up sprinkler replacements were going to cost. It was known that their base fee for comming was $95.00. That was what the labor cost ended up costing. A person called after they left to determine how things went. The tech also left a postage paid card that could be sent in to the company, that allowed us to rate their service.

They did a terrific job lifting out the sod and replacing it carefully such that it bounced back pretty quickly. Josh in particular was very responsive to questions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Called on Monday; out on Tuesday; fixed both problems within 90 minutes; courteous and knowledgable.

They replaced the sprinkler heads we needed replaced and checked our whole system and fixed the heads that were not spraying our yard effectively. We didn't know why we had brown spots in our yard and they said it was because the sprinkler heads where too low in the ground. They fixed all the heads and now it's working great!

Although they arrived a little later than planned, the technician called and advised me of status at several points along the way. They were quick and efficient at replacing the controller and evaluating my current system. They did a nice job of installation and left no mess. There bid for improving the current system; however, was almost $1,200 versus about $800 from a competitor. I went with the competitor for the additonal work. Both companies did a good job. I thought the competitor was a little more focused on the customer's needs.

Overall, it went great. The guys worked fast and the labor cost was very reasonable. The parts were a bit on the expensive side, but considering they were an all-in-one solution and their actual labor wasn't too costly I was fine with the trade-off. Plus their work was top-notch and they guarantee it for one year. I would definitely call them again.

I wish they had told me they were to busy to do my small job. It made me appreciate my local contractor a lot more.

Brett arrived on time, identified what needed to be replaced and what needed only some directional adjustment. He showed me how to adjust each head if I had future problems.

Originally two guys came out, late, because they were held up in their previous job, and because the job here turned out to be much more involved than anticipated, they could not finish that day. When they came back the following day they found another leak and still could not finish that day. Because of other jobs they came back rather late the next day but promised to finish which they did, in the evening when it was already dark so they finished with the lights of their truck on the job and four guys working instead of the original two. Although the estimate was for about an 11/2 hour job it turned out to be a much bigger job and I was charged 4 hours which I found very fair, we had discussed it before. I am happy with the end result, the men were polite and professional. My only comment is that they should have warned me when they saw that they they could not be here on the scheduled time.

I had a leak in one of our pipes, but also wanted to have the system evaluated to see if there were any other problems that I wasn't aware of. I was able to get an appointment within 2 business days. The 2 man team was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. They went through all of the repairs as well as the cost for each. The evaluation and repairs took about an hour. They also took care to clean up the area where the leak was replaced so that it is hard to know the dirt was removed there. I would definately use them again.

Our drainage problem has been resolved. They did a wonderful job. After the french drain was completed, you couldn't even tell they had been there. Very neat, professional and courteous! The price was a little more than I thought BUT it definitely was worth it!
