Andys Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting

Crew arrived on time. Work scoped out with Cory, site manager. Because what was underground was unknown, agreement was to be flexible and adjust job as we discovered what was underneath. We agreed that the original estimate of 3000 would be flexible. Many little add ons, very little additional charge. The crew was professional and finished the job the next day, right on time. I am very impressed and would use their services again.

Kevin and helper were on time, consulted me about the work to be done, checked out the system, gave me an estimate, then went to work. Friendly, courteous, highly efficient. Would DEFINITELY use again.

They called the day before to confirm the appointment. Luis and his team called approx. 20 minutes prior to their arrival to ensure I was available. They arrived on time; then diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly. Once the repair was complete, they ran my sprinkler system through a manual cycle to look for any additional issues. None were found.

Luis and his crew arrived two hours early,Whew, and worked hard for 2 hours to complete the work. They showed me each item and priced it tome before proceeding. Very professional and through. I will use them in the future.

This was an Angie's List Deal that I took advantage of. Things could not have gone any better. The crew, headed by Kevin, arrived on time and gave my sprinkler system a good going over. I would use them again for my irrigation needs.

The crew worked for over 8 hours and I have no complaints concerning the team, the quality of work completed and the Tech whose name is Sergio C. Bravo. everything went well and I do not have any complaints

I was impressed at how quickly they scheduled my appointment. The team of two that came out included one guy who knew a lot about sprinklers. He had suggestions for me to reduce the misting and save water by putting on some new heads. I asked about replacing one head with a riser head and they quickly made the change for me. I was impressed with the knowledge of systems and their eagerness to address any concerns I had with recommendations. I'd definitely use them again.

They have fixed a broken mane in the middle of my yard. They have turned heads. They replaced our check valve. We have called them out at least three or four times. They are quick and efficient.

Sergio was very professional and courteous. They had completed a job earlier and called to see if it was OK to come a little bit earlier (of course!). They analyzed the work to be done to change out the emergency sprinkler values and gave me an estimate (same estimated quote I got when I called to ask the price over the phone. The estimated time to get the work done was less than the quote they gave me over the phone. Sergio also gave me a suggestion to make the landscape to look nicer buy replacing the standing sprinklers which was about 18 inches tall for the potted plants in the front yard to a sprinkler head that would pop up 12 inches from the ground (to water the plants). Cost wasn't much and my front yard does look better. I asked him how I could maitain the emergency valves and he was patient in explaining to me what I should do and how often. I also asked him to check the sprinker system (sprinkler heads) and had to have 4 replaced. They were also quick to get that work done. He also double-checked all the sprinkler heads after replacing the 4. Overall, I had a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.

The service techs were scheduled to arrive at 2 but called and hour plus ahead and said they would arrive at !:30. They were on time, very efficient, willing to listen to the problem, confirmed it wasn't operator error and proceeded to replace the controller. While the main service gentleman was working with us, his helpers methodically checked all the heads and adjusted and raised them as need. This hadn't been done for years and was really needed. After the new controller was installed the serviceman was very detailed and patient in teaching us to use the new device. We would definitely recommend and use them again..

Professional all the way. They checked everything out, reported their findings in a clear and matter of fact way, and gave me a price. I agreed and they immediately went to work. The three of them split up the work, the worked quickly, and efficiently. When they were done, they programmed my system, pointed out some minor issues and how they corrected them, and gave me some pointers on steps I could take for a healthier lawn. All in all a very good experience.

Sprinkler portion went fairly well. Only part was they changed plans w/o notifying me, which would have lowered price quoted. Overall work was professional and they showed up at time stated. Lighting was fine. Install was clean. They don't really design the lighting, so you'll probably need to do research if your not sure about placement. Would use again.

Company was great to deal with and I had no complaints other than their price was quite a bit higher than the other quotes I received.

The person I spoke to on the phone was nice enough but I never received a follow up call from either of the guys she said would call me within 24 hours to set up a time to come look at the yard. I chose this company due to their high rating on Angie's list but maybe they are too busy now to handle all the business coming their way. If they are unable to take on new customers then they should just tell people. I'd rather be turned away from the start than waiting for a phone call that never comes.

We were scheduled for service within two days of calling with the request. (Since I needed to be at work, I gave directions for temporary access to controller panel.) I was given a time frame for arrival and had a phone call from the serviceman the day of to confirm. The serviceman also called me at work to let me know what he had found and the cost before proceeding with the repairs. The work was performed to my satisfaction; area cleaned up afterwards. My only complaint (not really a complaint, perhaps just a sign of the times) was the high hourly rate. I have used Andy's Sprinklers several times before and will continue to call them when needed.

Cory came by to give me an estimate and work up a plan. We explained we wanted adequate coverage, but prefered fewer sprinkler heads to accomplish this. He understood, and gave us several plan options to choose from. He was very responsive when we had to push the job back a few times because the yard was not yet leveled. On the designated day, he walked the yard with me and we modfied the plan a bit further, and he was very clear in explaining why he was putting heads where he was. He was not condescending at all, even to a woman who had not the least idea of sprinkler coverage. The work was completed perfectly, it looked like they were never here and my new sod was put back exactly where it had been. Cory even came back at the end of the second day to show my husband and I how to program the controller, and he set the first cycles up for us after showing us all how they worked. He was friendly and professional the whole time.

They were on time, courteous, informative, and understood my needs. They team did a very professional job, hardly even knew they were there after it was done, they cleaned up after themselves, respected my property, and worked overtime to get it all done in one day? Not to mention, the extra tweaks they did during the final walk through, and the customized programming they helped me with for the controller. I?m extremely satisfied with their company?s services, and, even though it was a lot of money, the quality of the work is extremely high. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know that needed sprinkler, lighting or drainage work.

They never showed or called. They just stood me up.

Brett, Pete and their team came and evaluated the current problem: ineffective front lawn system due to changes made when bed borders were rocked. They sealed off a broken pipe and determined where the problems existed. Once we agreed to move forward with their proposal, a near date and time was set. Rain delayed the project to the next day, but a call was made by 7:30 on both occasions to either reset the day or to give the heads up as to their arrival. The team worked efficiently and with great consideration for the yard and driveway. After testing to insure effectiveness, they walked me through the changes and additions. I was both impressed and appreciative. I will no longer need to hand water the poorly irrigated areas or the potted plants that sit nearby...they added tubing to place a sprinkler head in the pot so that it could not only water the potted plant, but also better distribute water to the surrounding beds. I also appreciated the superior product that was used, which adds to the life of the system Job well done.

It was excellent. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. It was faster than they said it would be. They were more concerned about my yard than I was.

I had other people come out to have a look at the same job. Whatever Andy was proposing made sense, but I am going to use another company to get the job done, as they offered a solution that was better than this company. The estimate that Andy gave was expensive, but was in line with the other companies. They were punctual, as they were here on time. I didn't use their services, but I would contact them in the future for getting quotes.

They were fabulous and I was extremely happy. I would highly recommend them. They did an excellent job. The workers were pretty precise in what they did. It was a mess, but they did their best to keep it from being everywhere. Even when they discovered a problem with a gas line that wasn't supposed to be where it was, they did the work great. I am very pleased with it. They had to do detailed work and they designed it well.

They did a great job. They came on time and fixed it quickly. I am very happy with them. The price was very fair but I did not compare prices.

They showed up, fixed the problem, and did the job for the price that I was quoted. They didn't have to come back out to do any additional work because they did it right the first time.

Everything worked out great. I liked the fact that they knew what they were doing.
