Quality work. The sprinkler in our new house was in complete disrepair but it is working perfectly now.

Sergio and assistant completed all work and systemwas back up and working.

They were prompt, explained what they were doing, most helpful and we will definitely use them again.

He was nice but seemed disinterested in problem when I told him we only wanted to invest small amount to find problem. Gave me 3 solutions $$$ to locate problem with electric checker, 2 under new concrete by by door next to house house ( old concrete poured in 1999 and no problems) also picked up electrical reaction in several places in backyard , 3. New water Drip line on back $3000 or total new system for $6000! Perhaps it was a communication problem.

Excellent. So professional and hard working. They did not give up finding my leak. It was so hard to get to, he had to chisel through concrete mortar for the stone surround near the underground sprinkler that was profusely leaking. I'm guessing 2 hours spent in the heat, most of it hammering away at that concrete. So glad that they didn't leave before it was found. Fair price.

The technicians showed up on time and with all materials needed to perform the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised, because I thought they were just going to come over, inspect the system, give me an estimate of work required, and come back to effect repairs at a later date. I provided the technicians with a blueprint of my irrigation system as originally installed to help them in their analysis. Before any work was done, they gave me a detailed report and cost estimate of required repairs. I approved the work, and two hours later, everything worked perfectly. I am very happy with the results, and would absolutely recommend Andy's Sprinkler, Drainage and Lighting as a "Top Notch" service provider.

It went well. A bit more attention to detail and thoroughness would have been good, but we were pleased with the scope and price.

Fine -I wasn't expecting to need so many new sprinkler heads (so a little sticker shock) but did a fine job.

They did everything they said they would do at the price we agreed on on the date we selected.AquaMax happened to have the lowest bid out of four vendor that I met with, and they could do the sprinkler work and landscape work on the same day.

Quick and proficient work. Replaced 5 nozzles and 8 pop ups.

It went great! They located and repaired two leaks in the pvc pipe, replaced heads, reset everything. They were very through.

Everything went great! It was raining the day the came out, and the work was still excellent.

We were not happy. They didn't do much so I had to call somebody else. .

I like them, They did surprise me and charge me more than I expected the last time they came out when they charged me more for the work they did then I think it was worth. I have used them a few years now.

Overall, good. They were running about 10 minutes late due to traffic. They were very professional in all of their interactions. It was pretty easy to diagnose where the leak was given the pool of water in the grass. Only complaint, and I fault myself as well, was I should have asked them to perform a leak test after we made the repair to see if there were any other leaks that needed to be addressed. Price felt a little expensive, $300 (~$90 service call fee, ~$120 leaking t-joint, ~$75 to cut through and repair two pipes above the leaking t-joint, tax). I would use them again, but would get a second quote if the situation allowed for it.

They repaired broken sprinkler head and added 3 or 4 new heads for better coverage. They said they were unable to adjust sprinkler heads as that would cause damage and they would break. This was said even though adjustment of sprinkler heads was part of the package I bought.

Sergio and team arrived as scheduled and performed the inspections very thoroughly and quickly. He then fully described and showed me the repairs needed and the estimated cost. After agreeing to those I wanted done, they completed within a couple of hours.

We were and are pleased! They charged what they quoted, were very responsive, punctual and professional.

Excellent service. Very thorough. Courteous and professional. They even took the time to explain to me how to turn on the sprinkler system and explain the watering schedule for the city of Dallas. Greatly appreciated as we are new to the Dallas area.

Not well. They were high with sprinkler repair and twice what other estimates were for drain install. Will not call again.

The two technicians that performed our system check (Fausto and Florencio) arrived on schedule. They were thorough in their review of our sprinkler system. They explained and showed us all areas of concern, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The work that they recommended was reasonably priced and performed immediately. Fausto took the time to not only show us where our sprinkler shut off was, but also the main water shut off for our house (we recently moved into our home and were not sure what and where all of our shut offs were.) My husband and I were extremely pleased with the service provided. Fausto and Florencio were great. We will definitely use Andy's Sprinkler Service again, and confidently recommend them.

On April15th Andy’s visited my home to look at my irrigation system. We determined the controller was bad and needed to be replaced. While one man worked on replacing the box the other two tested and reviewed all of my heads and adjusted and replaced as needed. I also had them cap one head I no longer needed to run. When the crew completed the work they walked me through all of my watering zones and sprinkler heads to make sure everything was working properly. They also walked me through the operation of my new controller box and the new services it offered. We set the watering times up to comply with McKinney watering rules. The crew was very respectful and helpful and all knew what they were doing. The crew was great. They hand wrote my bill when they were done and said that when they got in that evening the office would send out a printed bill that evening or the next day. After the crew left I reviewed the bill they gave me and had some concerns with the charges. I decided to wait until I got the printed bill before I called with my concerns. After 4 days I still had not received the printed bill so I called the office and said I needed to have my bill sent to me and would like to discuss the bill with a supervisor. The young lady connected me with a supervisor and I told him my concerns. He said he would review my bill and see that the supervisor for that crew contacted me to go over the charges. Later that day I received an email from the office with my bill attached and another copy of the bill from the gentleman I talked to on the phone. I waited a week and never heard back so I called again and ask to have someone contact me. Still no response so I called and ask that the owner call me. Still no response. I called again and told them I wanted to talk with the manager within the hour no more waiting. Within the hour Josh, the owner called me and apologized for the lack of responded. We agreed on a day and time for them to revisit my home. He personally came out with a crew at the agreed on time. He addressed each of my concerns and made an adjustment to my bill. He also had his crew add an additional head to make my coverage better at no cost to me. He was very concerned with the completed failure of his team’s response to my issues and assured me that was not his idea of how the company did business. I am happy with the way Josh of Andy’s handle my account and am now a lifetime customer.

Kelly, serviceman, arrived precisely on time. Accompanying him was an assistant, Jesus. The day before service was rendered I received a phone call confirming the service appointment and time of appointment. Kelly walked around property with to determine if I had any concerns.He then checked all watering points and provided me with an estimate for work to be done. I asked that he also cap off a line and check for a leak in an area beneath cement. He advised me of the additional cost which was very fair. He and Jesus then completed their work. Only after all work was completed was I asked for any payment. I would not hesitate to use this service again and recommend it to others. If possible, I would request Kelly.
