They were able to fix my problem and I was very pleased with them. I thought they were very prompt and they did the work very efficiently. I had no problems with them and I would call then again. I thought their price was kind of high, but I called another company to check on the control panel that they put in and I found out that they weren't. Their price was okay.

Communication was very good, They were on time, professional and performed satifactory work. However, the initial quote to do the repairs left out the labor charge so the final bill was over twice what was quoted.

Firstly - they were able to fit me into their schedule for a time that worked for me. Very professional and on time. They checked out the sprinkler system and told me what they were going to repair. Gave me options before they started. I thought it was a great experience - no problem with it at all.

Make sure you know how many sprinkler heads are not working and have an estimate of approximate costs. If you know that something is not working, do not sign up for the tune up service. You are paying extra for somebody to come fix what's already broken. Overall the service provided was good.

They were highly recommended to us by our landscaping company, so we knew they were a good company to work with. Their pricing was fair, they were punctual, and did what they said they do. We have no problem with the product.

Overall is was a good experience. They arrived on time and were very professional not wanting to come into house at all. They got straight to work and completed the work in 3 hours. We were pleased at the new box they installed and is much easier to use!

I called Andy's and spoke to Morgan. She helped me determine a suitable time to schedule an appointment and told me Bob would call a half hour before arrival. On the scheduled day, Bob called and arrived about a half hour early. I explained the problem (Zone 2 valve stuck on) and told him that I needed the solution and cost, then we could discuss other items I might want addresed on my system. The system is over 20 years old and I have no diagram of its location and components. Bob and Joseu immediately got to work and quickly found the missing valve locations. After excavating the likely damaged vale and examining it, Bob explained what was wrong, what the options were, and the general price range of the repair. I did not request an exact quote, but he offered one if I needed it. After discussing the situation (age, condition, model and brand of the valves) I decided to have Bob replace all three valves and install new valve boxes. In addition, Bob and Joseu raised two sunken heands, repaired and raised a their head, straightened several bent heads and gave me a general plan for how they would irrigate the backyard and about what it might cost to upgrade the system to do that. I also asked for an rain/freeze sensor to be installed, and they did so with a new unit that will be compatible with the upgraded controller I'll need when we expand our system. All this was done in less than 2 hours and there was no evidence they had been there. Bob was professional and businesslike and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and my options. He never tried to upsell me or push repairs that I might not need, and he was completely honest about the current situation of my partial sprinkler system (coverage could be better, but it's OK...we can improve it, but it'll be fine for now...he'd recommend the following run times...etc).

Very professional service from the start - making an appointment through the actual repairs. lower volume heads were installed to cut down on watering sidewalks and fences. Leaks were detected and repaired. The crew worked quickly and had everything completed in 2 hours. Good communication throughout the repair. Their work is guaranteed. Will use again.

I needed new sprinkler heads and to get a leak addressed. Luis came out and checked all of our zones and equipment and provided an estimate on what we needed to get fixed. He estimated between $1800 and $2000 labor & parts, with the job taking 6-7 hours. When they came out on the work day, his crew arrived on time and got to work quickly. They finished in 5 hours and didn't have to replace a section of pipe, like we had figured. Unfortunately, the total still came out to $1960. I appreciated them working quickly and always keeping me in the loop, but I'm not sure the labor charges were completely accurate. I was expecting the total to be on the low end of the estimate since the job went quicker and wasn't as extensive as we had originally thought. The labor charge wasn't broken down like the parts charges were, so I couldn't determine how they arrived at the total they did. Luis did a great job, but I should've pressed a little harder to get a good description of the labor total.

I have never been contacted, no phone calls, no email, no letters....absolutely nothing. Other than purchasing the initial service, I tried calling, but I failed to reach anyone, Left a message, no return call. I have given up. I don't know what happen, at around this time, I had surgery but it was an out patient surgery and immediately afterwards I came home, I was on a lot of pain killers at the time so my memory is fuzzy, but my wife was here and she made no mention of any contact. I still need tthis service because a couple sprinkler heads have broken and I have a problem with the useof my hands (surgery reason). Thanks for checking James Hyden

We needed someone to come out and simply check out our sprinkler system. Andy's was prompt and very professional.

I ordered the online spring Sprinkler Tune-up through the Angie's List website. I then called and made the appointment. Andrew called ahead to confirm the appointment and arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and did not try to pressure me into making any additional purchase. He gave his recommendations and then when I said I needed to talk to my husband about it, he was very understanding and emailed me the estimate as soon as he got back to the office. Probably the ONLY negative I can say is that they don't work on the weekends, so I had to take an afternoon off work to meet with them. Great work - no pressure - I would certainly use them again for future work.

I emailed Andy's Sprinker because I had a broken sprinker and a sump pump issue. The provider called me back the same day, and we scheduled an appointment. He arrived as promised and was very pleasant They replaced a broken pipe under that sprinkler, 2 other sprinkler heads, and adjusted the sump pump to get it working correctly. Since I was very pleased with the job, I requested an estimate to install a back-up battery-operated sump pump in the event of a power failure. He promised to email an estimate after the holidays. I called 2 or 3 weeks ago to remind him, and he said he was waiting to hear from his supplier. As of today, Jan 30, I have not received the promised estimate.

They came when they said they would, were very polite, completed the work quickly, and it has worked like a charm ever since.

They guys were there for themselves not the owner of the company - I feel sorry for the owners of Andy's sprinklers - hiring people that are trying to take business away from them

Arrived and did an inspection of my sprinkler system - not a "tune up" as advertised. I clearly did need some work done so I authorized them to proceed.

We had our sprinkler system given a Fall/Winter tune-up. Brian arrived promply and was professional, courteous, and knowledegable. He adjusted our sprinkler heads (fixed one for free), and provided additional information and prices on services he thought we would benefit from. We were happy with our overall experience and will call them for future sprinkler system needs...only negative, he said he would e-mail us with estimates and we haven't received them as yet.

Experience was good. Work was performed as advertised.

I had a pretty good leak with water running down the street. Called Andy's and they came out the very next day. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and relatively fast. The price is probablly always higher than I would like but in this case you get what you pay for, quality service. They cleaned up after the job as well.

When the co rep came, he analyzed the sprinkler system, said there was a leak in one of the main pipes [and there was I did see that] then also said I needed to move 3x heads to the edge of the driveway, I balked at that since they were a mere 5 inches from the concrete edge, but he said they should be right on the edge. Well, that resulted in broken heads every time a tire went off the concrete and when the water runs, it waters the driveway and not as much the grass. He also said there are new types of sprinkler heads that water better and changed those out too - now my flower beds are drowning/pooling and the grass just beyond isn't watered enough. Worst part, he changed a head [to the new type] in backyard where I do not see from the house when running, and it has sprayed the wood side to the point of me now having severe water damage and I will have to rip out the entire wall to repair. They ended up firing the guy that did the original work, and they did try to fix the driveway heads and put in flex pipes so they would not break every single time a car tire went off the narrow concrete, and yes, that was a good thing, but I still get my driveway watered every time the sprinklers run wasting water; I paid for moving heads when it was completely unnecessary and a detriment to my property. But who knew about the head in the back that now after a season, resulted in a wall of water damage. Doesn't matter this co has an "A" rating by others, I did not receive that service. Then, above it all, they did not apply the "Big Deal" paid amount to my charge and I had to get a refund for it. My personal feeling, Andy's created unnecessary work [with exception of fixed broken underground pipe] to create business. I will never have them back, I can't afford to.

After ten years of use, I decided that my irrigation system needed a tune-up. Taking advantage of a Big Deal, I scheduled an appointment with Andy's Sprinkler. The technician and his helper showed up at my door on time and went to work. They were hampered somewhat by the fact that I was having my roof replaced the same day. After checking the system, the technician reported that most of my sprinkler heads had sunk into the clay soil, I had two broken pipes and a couple of sprinkler heads needed to be replaced. After authorizing the repairs, they went to work and efficiently made the necessary repairs and adjusted the sprinkler heads for maximum coverage.
