The 2-man crew showed up right on time. Surveyed the yard and within 15 minutes had the summary of work needing to be done and a cost estimate. Work was well-planned and efficient. Took extra time to re-program timer and make sure entire system was functioning perfectly. Would definetely recommend and use again.

Andy's had a special through Angie's List that I purchased. It was a great deal to get a sprinkler check up for $40, but wait a minute. It's almost like the technicians were desperately looking for ways to increase the bill. The labor charges for changing one bad sprinkler head, $50, was price gouging at it's worst. They gave great advice, and recommended I pay them $3000 to add new drainage the builder should have added (Original landscaper did drainage for free after realizing their mistake). I would not use them or recommend them because of the exhorbitant labor costs of changing one sprinkler head.

They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming. We looked at hourly rates with them and they did a quick job and I got what I paid for. They are slightly high but the quality justifies the price.

Guys showed up for the job did a good job, more than I expected, took a little longer than I thought, but did good job. Got a bid from them for a single station drip system, price was really high $1400.00 They were pushing to do it that day. I told the guy, for that kind of money I would need an offical bid with a Bill of Materials, to see what I was getting. He assured me he would send it later in the day. No response. Makes me wonder if there was maybe something up like the bill was padded in some way. Anyway that is why I gave them a C, otherwise most likly an low A or high B.

I could not have been happier with Andy's work. After speaking with them on the phone, Josh and his crew came out exactly when they said they would. They performed the work professionally and quickly. They performed the work I needed done and also provided options that they recommended to ensure my system was working properly. In the end, Andy's crew did much more than I imagined they would at a lower cost than I would have expected. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Very knowledgable. Came back twice to explain system. Had one issue but always returned cell phone calls and in the end was very happy.

Classic plumbing was great overall. They were very responsive and scheduled with us promptly when we needed to have a water heater replaced. It was under the manufacturer warranty and they handled all of that as well. We didn't have to worry about it, and just need to pay for the installation and the expansion tank that we needed to replace as well (unrelated to the warranty).

The crew was very professional and fast. The grade of the ditch was precisely measured with civil engineering equipment and the crew went out of their way to re-establish the lawn and landscaping, including removing some lava rock that wasn't in the scope of the work. I would definitely have them out again. The only reason for the "fair" grade on the price is because all of the companies I had give estimates were higher than I really wanted to pay. This company is very much in line with all the others, but they use better base materials, as far as I am concerned (river rock vs. crushed concrete and the perforated piping, etc)

they were punctual and very easy to work with as they went thru their routine of checking the system. they missed a sprinkler head and came back right away to fix it. very accommodating.

Arrived on time. Did a systematic check of my system. Found two leaks. Repaired both. Made sure all of the sprinklers were mapped correctly and functioning correctly.

They called several days in advance to warn me that since I was requesting diagnosis of a leak and it had been raining, they might have to reschedule. They called the day before and did reschedule, which was no problem. The day of the service they called to confirm. The foreman, Brett called a few hours beforehand to let me know he was still on a previous job and then called when he was on his way. It was nice to be so informed of when they would be there. Brett and his one man crew arrived as promised. Brett chatted for a few minutes about what work I wanted done. He had a printout from the online appointment I had made, which I appreciated. Since I took the time to write it all out, it was nice that he had printed it out to bring with him. One of the things I wanted repaired was a moisture sensor. I had gotten a moisture sensor system years ago in order to get certified with my city to be allowed to water more often, since the system would be more efficient. He would have to order the part, but then shared with me that all the cities in the area would likely be changing their policies soon and the simple moisture sensor systems wouldn't be good enough to get the water privileges. So I decided not to make that repair. It was nice of him to tell me that so I didn't waste the money. He gave me some advice about the erosion in my back yard and thought it was not something he could fix, but rather a landscaper would have to regrade and put some more ground cover in. Again, he could have upsold me a bunch of drains, but instead told me to call them out later if I still had problems after fixing the landscaping issues. He was very nice, seemed very knowledgable and I will definitely call for his services again when I need something done with my lawn irrigation system.

The team capped the piping under the patio and rerouted the sprinkler system around the patio for ease of maintenance. The team worked very hard to ensure the system worked to an optimal level. The team chief, Matthew, even took the time to go over the sprinkler control system and identified underutilized operations that the manual did not properly address. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the teams performance and highly recommend Andy's Sprinkler Drainage and Lighting.

They were very good. They had a two-man crew. They were on time and did very good work. They did a thorough inspection of the system. I had no problems. I liked that they had a credit card reader right there on the spot.

Called to fix a leak in a sprinkler head, or so I thought. It ended up being the valve that needed to be replaced. After that was repaired they did a complete system check and adjusted or replaced several sprinkler heads as needed.

The work they did was OK, I guess, but there was no written estimate or list of what was done. We spent a lot of money on the system, and it still doesn't work right. In their defense, the system is OLD, but without a list of what was done, we don't know if what they already did was done wrong and has problems now, if it's something different, or if they should have done something else to avoid the new problems.
