Andys Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting

They were AWESOME! They placed 4 drains on the side of our house to collect water that was previously pooling and damaging our palates at the foundation. They ran the drain under our front cement porch through the bushes along side the house, tying in the gutters along that wall, under the sidewalk through the curb to drain into the street. Very professional yet very homeowner friendly. Answered all our questions, advised even less expensive avenues than our researched procedures and pricing. Were here when they said they would be and after all that digging and dirt when they left you couldn't tell anything was disturbed. We didn't lose and landscaping though we thought we would! It was so hot yet they were working every minute. Though they had to run the line further than expected because of the slope they needed they kept the same pricing that was quoted. Pete kept us informed each step and was patient with my questions! I asked for more business cards to give to friends and family as they so deserve the business!

Called them to have sprinkler heads adjusted due to over spraying at our newly purchased house. Was advised it would cost $109 an hour, minimum, for two techs to come out. I opted to call a smaller, more reasonable company for this small job. The rate was just overkill for a spray adjust in my opinion.

The guys did good work, but for the price we paid, they should have. We were charged an additional fuel fee because they had to drive from Carrollton to Plano; it would have been nice to have been informed of this before we booked the service. Had we known, we would have looked for someone closer to Plano.

I called at 8 am and the repair team arrived at 8:30 am. I had a leak in my sprinkler system that was pouring water into my alley. The guys showed up and immediately identified the issue and had it fixed, as well as paperwork complete, by 9 am. One of the best repair experiences I have ever had. The customer service lady quoted me $109 minimum, final bill included an additional $25 for parts. Was completely reasonable given the speed of service! Will use Andy's going forward without question.

I noticed my grass looked 'hot' and tried to manual make my system kick on. The controller was counting down but no water was coming out on any zones and I had no idea how long my system had been down. After my attempts at troubleshooting failed, Andy's came out promptly per my request and quickly found the problem and resolved it with no mess or fuss. In fact, they left my system better than they found it by putting the wires that had just been buried (and were hard to find) by the installer in a box per my request and by also helping me better set the times on my system to help my landscaping. Seth was very professional and knowledgable. I would welcome him back anytime. Also, I appreciate that Andy's truly has emergency service. Several Angie's list companies said they have 24hour emergency service but Andy's was the only one that actually would call me back and come out.

We had to replace a valve and do a couple other little things. The valve cost about 24 dollars, and they charged almost 100 dollars for the work. They did a good job, but it seemed like there was something wrong with every sprinkler head they touched. The Deal was a good price, and I figured that I would need to pay a little extra as I knew that a valve needed to be replaced. The two guys who came out came on time, they got everything done that I asked them to, and got the sprinkler system working well. The amount of work they did and the price I paid both seemed excessive from my end. I could have done this work myself; I only called them for the price that was advertised, which ended up being pretty far from what I paid.

It went great and I greatly appreciate Andy's standing behind its work and providing its customers a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Last August, I had quite a bit of rework done on my front yard sprinkler system by Andy's and this summer I noticed some of the popup heads appeared to be a little too far in the ground. Also, there was no gravel in the valve boxes and I understood that all ground-level boxes got gravel which keeps things dry in the box. I reported these concerns to Andy's and they dispatched Seth to take a look at my concerns. Seth lowered several of the popup heads and explained that gravel is not used in the valve boxes due to lack of space. They have to pack dirt around the pipes to insure they do not freeze and this does not leave sufficient space for gravel. The DCA box did had gravel in it since there is room for it that box. Seth also showed me how to adjust the rotating heads and turn the valves off and on manually. I greatly appreciated Seth taking the time to address all my concerns. The take away here, is Andys does great work, provides a 1-year parts and labor warranty and then honors it if anything ever comes up demonstrating they are a company that can be trusted.

Very happy. Got off to great start by Arriving on time. Service that was performed was explained and then asked if i had any concerns. Very professional and instilled confidence with solid knowledge and communication of it. Recommendation for improvements was spot on and they accomplished those improvements on the spot-prepared! Loved it. Took care on service day of no return, follow-up apps. Highly recommend and we will use these guys again!

I located this company by using Angie's list and was won over by the great reviews and the ratings. The team called me to let me know they'd be there within 30 minutes and started working right away. Based on my description of the problem they started trouble shooting and found the problem within 3 minutes. They finished the repairs and then walked through my yard as I pointed out the other issues I had. Harrison was the rep out of the Southlake office. He and the young man with him were simply amazing. There was no wasted time and they worked together or individually as the situation called for. I can't express enough how impressed I was with the 2 of them. I will definitely use Andy's again if I need to and wll surely recommend them to my neighbors.

Technicians arrived on time and proceeded to perform a system check before starting the "tune-up". They immediately found a major leak, numerous heads that were misdirected, heads needing replacing or adjusting and then walked me through the yard to see each issue and discuss what their recommendations were to remedy the issue. Once we discussed all of the necessary fixes, I was given a quote of $460 + tax and gave them the go-ahead. They took about 2 hours to complete the repairs and adjustments, reprogrammed my sprinkler system for best results and then cleaned up the area. They were extremely friendly, professional and answered all of my questions and concerns along the way. Overall it was a great experience and I am completely satisfied with the end results!

Sprinkler system is back running again.

I appreciated their professionalism and they were prompt and courteous and got the work done as well as they could, we had a problem with the rain interfering with our schedule but they came back on the following day that that was not on the original schedule to be able to finish the job and just this morning, they came out to adjust some things that I had called about and they're just real prompt and courteous and I've been very pleased with their service. They were a little more expensive than I would have liked but it's worth it for what they did.

He was right on time and didn’t charge me any additional money. I had a very positive experience with them. He was very professional and I was very pleased with the serviceman. I would definitely use them again.

It was just fine. They told me about 2 sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced and I opted to do it ourselves rather than pay them to do it, they're pretty to put on there. I haven't ever used anybody else so I don't know what their pricing for replacing the heads is going to be compared to anybody else but I'm satisfied with what it cost me with the assessment.

Andy's Sprinkler Drainage & Lighting did a great job. We didn't do the quote because we didn't have the money at that point. It was fairly reasonable for the extra work they did. I do remember thinking that it wasn't that much to replace the sprinkler heads, I think it was $40 maybe for something additional. I remember their quote to do the extra work was a little high. They were there exactly when they said they were going to be.

Wonderful results! grandchildren in the pool sloshing water out onto the pool deck all afternoon and all the water just went down the drain! I'm sure it will work just as well when we get another big rain storm. I would definitely use this company again!

Actually it went real nicely. They were very professional. Christian was the man in charge and he completed the job very efficiently. It rained this morning leaving quite a bit of gumbo mud but after it was completed, there was little mess. They saved the grass when it was removed and tamped all of the soil (actually mud) back in place. I would use them again. The B on the punctuality was because they ran over in the job before but considering the rain, that was understandable. I never shopped the price with any other contractors. I was quoted earlier by their front man that it would most likely run around $500. The final bill was less than that. I would use them again if necessary.

Andy's offered special prices for existing customers before prices would be raised. Appointment was easily scheduled, and technicians arrived on time. They did the inspection and noticed 2 popups that needed to be replaced. Sergio noticed that the rain sensor I had was not working. He advised replacing it at that time in order to avoid a service call charge if scheduled on a different day. The work was done quickly and efficiently, as far as I could tell. Sergio and assistant were very polite and professional.

They were absolutely horrible. We called them, it took them 2 days to call us back, and he said he would call us back to set up the appointment. Then 1 week later, my husband called them and told them to forget it and found somebody else to do the job. We would not recommend them to anybody. The price was good; otherwise, we would not have called. I would not use them in the future.

They were fine. They showed up on time and they did what they said they were gonna do. Overall they provided an excellent service.

They were prompt and professional. They only fixed what needed to be fixed. They made sure to keep me informed. They made recommendation for additional work but didn't do anything without approval.

Thank God for Andy's. I have a 15 year old sprinkler system that has never worked the way it should. For many years, I've had one zone that just didn't work properly. I had the company that installed the sprinkler come out at least 3 times to dig up the zone and repair the problem and each time it would work for a while and then short out again. In steps Andy's. I hear their commercials on the radio all of the time so I was naturally hesitant as I've had little luck with some of the more prominent companies in our area, but I couldn't be happier with Andy's. I called them and gave them an outline of the issues I was experiencing and they came out within a week with a large crew to repair the problems. They worked non-stop all day to fix about 15 sprinkler heads and once again, correct the zone problem I was experiencing. They tested everything and it worked like a charm. Their work was impeccable. Unfortunately about 2 weeks later, the issue I was having with this pesky zone returned so I had to give them a call to come back out and this is the best part: they came out the next day to fix it! This time, after almost 10 years of problems that fixed a problem with the wiring that nobody else was able to fix and they did it free of charge! It was a breath of fresh air to work with a company that doesn't charge a service call every time and that's willing to do what it takes to get the job done. My review is late only because I wanted to make sure the problem with the zone in my flower bed was fixed. Sure enough, more than 2 months later, everything is perfect! Thanks Andy's.

The crew from Andy's Sprinkler was extremely professional. Josh did a great job explaining to me what he was doing and what we needed to do get the system functioning optimally. They used high quality equipment and the system is now working like new. They were not the cheapest company out there, but in the end I think this is a case of getting what you pay for, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
