They suggested ways to get more water to more areas of grass where the sprinkler's weren't reaching. It was a quick and easy fix that was under $120. They also replaced sprinkler heads to fan out to a larger radius. I highly recommend them!

They are top notch, competent and a quality group. They were able to isolate the problem within minutes and got it fixed. They are my go to people for my irrigation system.

I have used Andy's twice and will continue to use them for repairs. They come out within 1-2 days, they are on time and they are very professional. Their repairs are always an improvement over the cheap parts and designs of the builder and always work better after they make a replacement. They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for and the results are worth it.

Wilson & his assistant did a very good job on a brutally hot afternoon. We had them to do a check-up and ended up spending about 5x as much $ as anticipated (1/2 parts & 1/2 labor) but I think they accurately assessed the needs and added some planter hoses to our system that we did not think were possible. They were punctual, communicative & thorough. We will definitely have them back in the future. Thanks.

They did a great job. The workers were professional I had no problems. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was good and they came out promptly.

Scheduling was easy, they showed on time, and they did a decent job with the repairs. However, the deal really only covered their trip to the house because, I had to pay additional fees for any actual work that they did such as replacing sprinkler heads. They also tried to sell me on installing drainage out to the street which I didn't really appreciate.

Didn't elect to use this vendor for this but will in future.

The team came out on time and even gave us 30 minute notice to enable us to be home while they performed the work. The crew leader was extremely detailed and responsive in the work they would be doing and how much each item would cost. He even provided additional recommendations for future work, which will be good to consider as more work comes up. They worked very efficiently and were done in just about an hour. Am very pleased with the repairs and work they did - would definitely hire again!

I made an appointment about a week ago with Andy's Sprinkler, who I'd had do work at my old house in Plano, and had been very happy with when I used them there a few years ago. They were supposed to come between 11 and 1 today, Monday June 9th. At 12:45 pm I called to check and see what was up and was informed that they had cancelled all work for the day due to rain. The worst part of this is that they had no provisions for rescheduling the people they cancelled - it was just like starting over, and of course they are booked up. I was told that they had left a message on my home phone before 9:00 this morning - but there is no message. I will not be using or recommending them going forward.

It was perfectly fine. The scheduling was fine. The technician was perfectly good.

The gentleman who called said minimum service for re-route would be 2,500 which exceeds what I was willing to pay. Suggested that the pool company usually does it for less, which they quoted 1,500. So I will continue to look or go back to the pool company for the re-route.

The service turned out fine. They might have also tweaked a sprinkler head or two. The technicians did a nice job and I have used their services since purchasing the deal. Scheduling was not an issue.

Andy's sprinklers are easy to work with. Call, get scheduled, get the work done. Easy. I use them every spring to fix any sprinkler heads that broke over the winter... This year I had them replace some sprinkler heads that weren't broken, but that weren't exactly right for the job. They had good suggestions to make the sprinkler system cover what I wanted to cover. Again...easy. I'll use them again next year when it comes time to dust off the sprinkler system after winter.

I have used them for several years now. I found them on Angie's List. They responded quickly. They have done several things for us. They did not charge me for it even though the warranty had expired. The factory stood behind it. They are one of the best companies that I have used. I really like them. I am going to have them check over the system. I will continue to use them.

The service was great. Wilson and his assistant arrived on time and promptly started to review my system. I explained what I believed to be the issue and Wilson was able to determine that he only needed to tighten the screw that was left undone by the back flow testers. Wilson then continued to complete the full system review and determined that two of the sprinkler heads needed to be replaced and a minimal cost. He also was able to program my sprinkler system for the correct date and times for our area. Wilson was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Wilson was very patient throughout the entire process although I asked him 100 questions about various sprinkler and lighting issues. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very assured that my sprinkler system was running as needed and required. Wilson did not pressure me to replace any of the sprinklers system. I had questions about other servicers that I would like to have completed and he was able to give me an estimate of the cost without trying to get me to complete these services today. The overall price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend doing business with this company. I can see why this company has such high reviews. I sent several follow up messages and still no response and it have been a week now with no response--I guess their business must be so good they don't need mine. They offer deals on Angies list but you can't schedule work through Angies list.

Very responsible and professional! The only reason we didn't go with them is because our builder stepped up and fixed the issue.

This really is a top notch company. They are a little expensive, but so worth it. Sprinkler systems are supper complicated and need to be maintained just like a car, and finding a good maintenance company for an irrigation system is just as tricky as finding a good mechanic for your car. I highly recommend this company to anyone smart enough to know you will need help maintaining your irrigation system. My husband accidentally cut through a drip line in one of our beds. I called Andy's after reading the other reviews on Angie's list, and customer service was excellent. (I cannot say the same for the company that installed our system, but thats a different review.) Andy's sent out Seth the next day, and he was so professional and helpful, he even gave me extra parts for future use. He answered all my questions and worked quickly, but was not in too big a rush to get on to the next job. It is a relief to know there is a place nearby that I can count on the next time I need help with my system, which is inevitable.
