The crew showed up on time and began work right away. No hassle on pricing. Once they were finished I asked them to take a look at the rest of my system to see if there is anything else I should change since the landscape was fully grown. He made some suggests and sent me a quote within days.

EXCELLENT! I had a problem with my sprinkler system and a major drainage problem in the backyard. I got bids from 3 companies. Danny promptly came out to my house from Andys and gave me a good plan with an accurate and fair estimate. They worked VERY hard to make sure the job was done to perfection! They came back to make sure it was working properly. I will use them again and I highly recommend them! I would give them a A+++

Friendly people and heavily staffed. I can always call them and have it work into my schedule, A plus. Pretty much everything is moot point from going forward. Their price is one of the highest in the industry! Nickel-and-diming for every possible charges under the sun(trip fees, min. hourly charges, gas fees?), God forbid if I have to pay for their bathroom breaks and food. Most irrigation and sprinkler repair services buy parts from local wholesale store. Dismal, the parts they use only seem to last and expire outside the warranty period of one year. On a good note, they work great in a dual-system team and seemed to know what they are doing. Although, they are only a phone call away, I'd think twice about using their high-priced -structured fee accounting.

Andy's staff is great from the customer service staff making the appointment to the gentlemen repairing the lines.

I was advised that I would have to have a complete new install of all plumbing, heads, and controllers, repaired myself for a couple hundred versis the twenty thousand plus replacement.

From the initial contact here on Angie's list and throughout the entire process, Matthew was very professional and extremely polite. He emailed the quote very quickly, as well as a list of references upon request. The morning of the installation, he and his crew showed up, he walked me through what they would be doing and then he left and they got to work. Boards were placed over my yard so as to not ruin my grass due to all the recent rain. The crew dug the trench (which was impressive on its own), installed the pipe wrapped in landscape fabric, put down the gravel, and began putting sod back down on top. Once complete, they did an excellent job of cleaning up the yard, my back patio, the driveway, and even the street in front of the house. You'd never know they were here. I can see why they get high marks here on Angie's list...they did a great job, were super quick about it, and left my yard looking better than before they showed up.

Due to shifting ground the manifold and several pipes were broken. Andy's team brought everything they needed and resolved all of the issues in one day. Once the work was complete they tested the entire system and assisting in re-programming the controller for our drought watering restrictions.

All went great. The best sprinkler company I have yet to deal with.

New sprinkler controller, (not for the fee listed above, but reasonably priced), as I said, he has been back for a leak which he reapired, always professional and didn't waste time.

They are very punctual. They are on the high-side of cost; but they always have the parts and are on time and complete the work. Sometimes they get a bit rushed and they have to return (no cost). I would prefer that they take a bit more time to look over all; in lieu of coming back
