The provider checked a couple of things for the prepaid 95 and then replaced 3 broken valves for 27 a piece and installed a $200 rain sensor.

Fantastic job! Kelly Carter made the necessary repairs to our sprinkler system followed by a diagnostic check of the system as a whole. I was very pleased with this company from start to finish. Very professional and considerate. We were added to a cancellation list to move up our appointment if something earlier became available and were pleased when it did. Mr. Carter was also very considerate when he called to inform me that his previous appointments were taking longer than expected. I appreciated the update and the approximation of his arrival time. He was efficient and very detailed in changes to be made. Will definitely use this company in the future and add them to my Favorites on Angie's List.

During the Tune-Up this provider identified some nozzles that needed to be replaced. I ponied up for the cheaper ones, but left two of the rotary heads from my front yard for a return visit.

. Everything went very well. I was surprised when they checked the drip system. They found a number of sprinkler heads not working properly (which I knew about but could not do the repairs myself as I had in the past) asked if I wanted them replaced. I authorized the work and am pleased with their work. I recommend to anyone that needs sprinkler systems repaired. I intend to have them check my system this year and am sorry I have waited too long to get the service special.

Andy's has maintained my sprinkler system for a few years now, and I am really happy with their service. When they replace a sprinkler head, they have a different way that makes so much more sense. Mine were installed direct into the water pipe. Andy's puts a flexible hose between the sprinkler head and the pipe. In this way, the head can be placed more precisely. More importantly, if a head happens to be damaged by a mower or feet, there is no risk to the underlying water pipe. About $420 of the service was for the new control box. Not necessary, I suppose, but I am tired of have to reset the system every time the power goes out... not often, but enough to be a pain. I will continue to use Andy's to maintain my sprinkler system.

Wanting to use a company in my neighborhood, I called Andy's Sprinkler Repair on 7/13/15 to schedule a repair. The first available appointment was 7/14/15 at 8:30 AM. This company is about 5 minutes from my house. At 8:21 AM, someone from the company called and said they were having trouble locating my address. I gave them the correct address (They had the first digit wrong) and they said they would be by in 5 minutes. At 8:35 AM, the company called again and still could not locate my address. They repeated the incorrect address. Apparently no one bothered to update the address. Due to the ineptitude of this company, I canceled the appointment.

I've used Andy's Sprinkler multiple times over the past few years and every time they have done several things consistently. They are always quick to return phone calls, quick to schedule the service, and show up on time. Each time I've had a different service technician, but they are always consistently knowledgeable and very courteous. I'd put them in the top three of my all time favorite Commodores on Angie's List. Highly recommend.

In addition to what I'd already paid, I think eventually they charged maybe close to $300. They were cordial and courteous. It took them longer but I can understand that. There was more involved than they originally thought.

It was probably around February when they came out. The cost of the service was way too much. The big deal purchase was $47.5 but they came here and all of a sudden I think it was close to 400 and something dollars. The deal was not a deal. We have a large sprinkler system and we had them check it. There were so many heads and all of a sudden it was too many zones and hours later it $400 so I am not using them again. I found another dude. He did a great job for what he did, but my worry was being upsold quite a bit with no option. I didn't have any problem with their punctuality.

Technician was very thorough and yet did not try to oversell us. Would definitely call them again.

Afterwards one of the sprinkler pipes in the front yard broke and I had to call out a plumber which cost me over $300. It was in the dead of winter and water was continuously pouring from the pipe into my yard and I was afraid the rest of the pipeline would freeze over and this would be more cost. The plumber had to tap off the line inorder for the water to stop gushing. So, for now I have NO sprinkler system to run for the summer.

The technicians were on time and very professional. They did a thorough tune-up and gave me an estimate for replacing broken sprinkler heads. They even showed me how to change some sprinkler heads on my own to save money. The next week after the tune-up, I noticed one of the sprinklers was still leaking. I called and spoke to the owner, who offered to come out to my house personally to make any adjustments. I was very impressed with everything from beginning to end!!!

Did not use his service after initial check of system. He recommended things that 3 other companies all agreed I did not need to have done and, his price was way over the estimates that I received from the others.

The work was done well, butI thought it was a little high, but not so much that I refused service. He did the repairs he outlined in a professional and competent manner, so I have no complaints. He is too far away so I will not likely use him again.
