From pick up to delivery, extremely professional. I was not in a rush to have my furniture back, so I do not know if the date promised is the date they deliver. The walnut table had horrific water stains on the surface and the finish had a patina glow. It still has the antique character, but the wood grain is all you see. Chairs with new upholstry look fabulous; they retained the original horsehair stuffing. The desk (circa 1900) had this horrible finish on it that dates back to the 1960s when it was given to me by my mother. I had no idea what kind of wood was underneath that black stuff. Absolutely wonderful wood grain is all I see--tiger oak. The oak rocking chair has a beautiful oak grain and looks new (but in an old way). Kimberly made picking out fabric simple as I left most of the decisions up to her. She was spot on with the colors and how they coordinate with each other. If I did not have her to guide me, I doubt the fabric and furniture finish would look as well as they do. I'm using them again to refinish my antique lawyer's bookcases and a wine rack.

Beautiful refinishing job. Got color just right, not too glossy so grain of wods shows itself off nicely. I appreciate Andrews' attention to detail, such as not only polishing aged brass feet on pedestal base but also adding teflon sliders to raise them up slightly so metal won't scratch floor.

Andrew's was able to restore it to mint condition in four day's time. I was delighted with the results.

I HAD 2 CHAIRS FROM MY CHILDHOOD (1940'S) THAT WERE IN TERIBLE SHAPE THE SEATS WERE BROKE ONE WAS MISSING I HAD PAINTED THEM GREEN 30 YRS AGO BUT THEY REPLECED THE SEATS WITH THE SAME STYLE AND REFINISHED THEM WITH A MED OAK FINISH I LOVE THEM. I KEEP THEM IN MY BEDROOM. SO MANY MEMORIES WHEN I LOOK AT THEM

They did an excellent job on repairing. It didn’t cost very much and I think it was about $150. When they brought the leg back, it had some scratches on it that I didn’t think it was there when I brought it in. So, they took it back and repaired it. There was one lady I talked to over there who was really nice. They told me that it would take about a week to ten days. I never heard back from them for almost two weeks. So, I called them and the woman said that she would check and see. Then she came back and said that the leg was ready. Then when I went to pay them, they could never find my invoice. It was because they had my name misspelled. They did a very good job and you kind of have to work with them a little bit. Their work was excellent. You couldn’t even tell where the crack was on my table leg. I had to take the leg in, but that was okay since they offered to come and get it. They got it done, but they never called me to tell me because they didn’t have my name and number right. They never called me and I had to call them. They had my correct name on the leg when I signed in, but they didn’t have the correct name to call me. I will consider using them again, but I know how they operate. So, I can take that into account.

We had to have four pieces of fine wood furniture restored as the result of damages incurred in a move from New York to Texas. When the furniture was returned to us, two of the pieces were done very well, but the color of the dining room table and the Chippendale nesting tables was unacceptable and needed to be redone. We worked with Simon; he was both gracious and professional. His patience and knowledge were a great help to us. Andrew's not only made a special trip back out to our house to pick up the furniture but had it back to us within one week. Both tables that had to be redone were absolutely beautiful and were exactly what I wanted. The results - color, finish and repairs are extraordinary, and we are thrilled with the results. All through this Andrew's was very cordial and emphasized that they wanted us to be happy with their work. Well, we are! I would trust them with anything I have and will do so in the future. Although I will recommend them highly to friends, I truly don't need to as their work speaks for itself. Thank you Andrew's Refinishing!

They were very good. They were professional, very efficient and quick. The finished product is beautiful. The refinished a desk and a mirror. I paid $2500 for the two pieces. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I initially contacted Andrew's in mid-August and was immediately responded to by Shannon. She asked for a detailed explanation of what needed done in order to provide an estimate.I took some time to actually take photographs and put together a visual of what was needed and sent to Shannon. She immediately replied how great the photos were and that they would get back to me in a couple days. I never heard from them again. I contacted Shannon the next week via email and subsequently a week after via email. 3 weeks after I was promised an estimate (mid-September by this time) I sent them a note via Angie's List that they needed to respond to my estimate or let me know they did not want my business or I would be forced to leave a negative review via Angie's List. I never heard from them. Don't waste your time as I did with this company.

They were excellent. Their service is lovely, they are nice people and we are thoroughly satisfied with them.

Everyone we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. All work was completed timely. The restoration work was wonderful. Phone calls were returned promptly. We had an antique table and eight antique chairs repaired, recovered, and refinished. They also recovered seats for four other chairs. The pickups and deliveries were easy to schedule and they were always on time.

They were very timely for what they were doing. I felt their work was well worth the price.
