The vendor took longer than two days to get back to me via a phone call, I got an automated email response within two days. The price quoted to refinish two chairs 450.00 each was more than I can afford. No price breakdown was provided. This was for labor only.

Excellent refinish job. The two cabinets were made of different woods which made stain matching more difficult. The results were awesome and the cabinets looked virtually identical. Very impressive!

Andrew's refinishing corrected my poor job of trying to glue back the broken leg and added a wooden block under the leg to support the fix. Nicely done. This business also does upholstery. I will be using Andrew's to reupholster my dining room chairs and living room sectional.

Company was prompt and engaged me immediately when I purchased the Big Deal. Unfortunately the cost for what I want done is too expensive and I will not move forward with this company.

I purchased the voucher and the company contacted me the next day. As we were e-mailing back and forth as to price and length of time to finish project, I asked where they were located since I would have has to bring the chairs that I wanted repaired to their premises. I found out that they are located quite a driving distance from my home and it would have taken over an hour just to get to the store. This is would have meant 2 hours with each chair and I have 6 chairs that need to be repaired. This is just too far to go. Simon was very understanding and informed me that I would be able to obtain a refund.

We recently purchased three bar stools from a well known upscale mail order company. The foot rail on one of the bar stools was broken in transit. The company's normal policy is to replace the bar stool and they offered to do so immediately after we called. As luck would have it, the bar stools are backordered until the end of the year. I contacted Andrews Refinishing through Angie's list, and also left a voicemail message as I called while their shop was closed. I got a follow-up phone call first thing Monday morning from Lynne, the nicest person ever, who assured me after looking at photos that they could repair the bar stool. With company coming for Thanksgiving, I decided to go for it and deal with the mail order company later. Andrews Refinishing gave me a quote over the phone that didn't change when they saw the chair and they repaired it in two days. You can't tell the difference between the repaired bar stool and the others. They were even knowledgeable enough to offer to send the quote directly to the company where I purchased the chairs and the company is going to credit me for the repair. I'm delighted.

Andrews quoted 4 weeks but delivered in 3 weeks. Glad I bought an extra yard of fabric, as it was needed to match the pattern. Very pleased.

They were on time, helpful, very professional and did a great job.

They did a fantastic job! Table is now perfect! Delivery guys even took the time to polish the top when they delivered after repair. These guys are FANTASTIC! I would recommend to anyone who needs furniture repair or refinishing!

The crew was very nice and they cleaned up. It costed me $4000.

I found this company on Angie's List and had never used them before. They came and picked up a family heirloom, refinished and restored it inside out and delivered to us when finished. It's beautiful now and it was in terrible shape when they took it. The employees are all very professional and nice to deal with. I can't say enough good things about them and would definitely use them again.

It was great. They came out and measured and provided a quote within a day or two. Simon was very enthusiastic about doing the work for me. The cabinet builder came and re-measured for exact specifications. It took about 2 weeks to build the new cabinets. The old cabinets were removed and the new ones installed in about 4 hours. They match perfectly. I am very happy with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for any cabinet work you have done in the kitchen, especially in place of re-facing. My cabinets were previously refaced, and Andrew's could have gotten me the same effect with half the cost and better quality!

Quoted a price went to visit. Price was more than the peace was worth. My wife is still complaining about my crappy antique bookshelf.

I can't imagine that there is a company that could do a better job than Andrew's did on this one. Before signing up we met with Simon and he gave us a tour of his shop and just talking with him and seeing the pieces at his shop he gave us a lot of confidence. Ray and his crew stripped the cabinets and removed all the drawers and doors and took them to their shop. The sanded the base cabinets and stained, when I got home that day and saw them we were astonished at how well they looked. Next they returned the doors and drawers and again we were astonished. Eric finsihed up adding the hardware we had selected. Most people think we go knew cabinets.

Andrews did a great job of getting rid of all the scratches, putting a fantastic looking finish on it, and repairing the two legs that were broken. I thought the pricing was very fair for what they did. Provided an initial estimate of $500 and that's what the final price was.

They were an excellent company to do business with. Very professional, very punctual and involved me by keeping in touch during the process.

They refinished chairs, table, and umbrella base from pool furniture. Also redid the wood on a set of chairs.

On July 31st I called Andrew's Refinishing and spoke with Nancy - I was inquiring as to what information I would need to provide to get a quote. She was very helpful and told me to send current status pictures, measurements & if I had pictures of what I wanted my furniture to look like when finished. On August 2nd I sent an email to Nancy with all the information requested along with a link to a web site that showed pictures of what I wanted my furniture to look like. I have yet to receive a response. I can't speak to how good their refinish work is, but their follow up is non existent. I am really disappointed as I was really excited to get this project started.

All Details in "What did the provider fo?", except I was forced to put in an approximate date, I have no idea when I received a recorded message that they would contact me. It has been several days.

They promised it in one week and delivered on time I Think the price was high but the Quality of the fix was very good This is nit picking but for the price I think they should've carried it to the car for me

They answered immediately , but told me they didn’t do repairs on those kind of chairs. They were responsive and very nice.

I researched for months trying to figure out what to do with my kitchen cabinets. I was happy to find Andrew’s Refinishing. They did a beautiful job. I would use them again.

My furniture was damaged in a house flood and the legs to all my tables had to be repaired and/or refinished. They scheduled a time to come by for an estimate, working to find a time convenient for me, were prompt in arriving, very friendly and took the time to look at the damage and explain what all would need to be done. Once we agreed on the estimate, we scheduled a time for pickup. when they came to get my things, they arrived when they said they would, took great care with my belongings making sure they were covered and secured in the truck. when the work was done (and it was done much more quickly than i thought possible) the took great care in getting the tables all back where they belonged. One of the tables is very heavy so they made sure it was right were i wanted it before leaving. Everyone with whom I dealt was very friendly, professional and caring.

I sent them a picture of the chair and they told me a general price range. Then I took the chair in along with one of the other chairs I wanted to have the seat matched too. They were very interested in the history of the chairs, showed me samples from which to choose, and then told me how much it would cost. They said it would be about six to seven weeks. Well, it took less than four weeks, and the price was exactly what they told me. The people I dealt with were very personable.

They did a wonderful job. They charged a fair price, completed the work on time, and even offered pick up and delivery service. The new finish matches perfectly, and the entire set looks beautiful.
