Allen's Diamond Pool Service

From the time I called to the time this job was complete was 2 hrs. Ridiculously quick service, and very professional. Allen was honest and up front about what the trouble was. We'll definitely use Allen again and plan on having regular maintenance done as well.

While in the process of selling our home our pool control panel showed an err message. When I called Allen he answered. I explained the reason for my call and he informed me that the model # I had was no longer made and it could be tricky to find this part but that he would come over and take a look within a couple of hours. He called me shortly thereafter to find out the model # and all other information. When he came over he had already purchased the part! He promply replaced it and charged me exactly what he had quoted he thought the cost would be. Wonderful professional honest service. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend him.

It was a great experience.

He replaced a pool motor and filtering system and did an outstanding job. Very knowlegable when it comes to working on a pool, Cleans our pool every week.

He is always on time; he comes every week on his scheduled day. He does his regular job well and often goes above and beyond.
