The night before we heard a loud bang with a long drag around the garage, sure enough the torsion spring in the garage had snapped in half. I looked up a few companies and this one checked out pretty good from all the reviews. I called the company around 8:00 am the next day, and I got an appointment for 10:00 am what a relief since both cars were inside and I didn't feel like lifting 300 lb off the ground. Travis arrived within minutes of the provided appointment and he was ready to show that garage door who was boss. He explained to me how the system worked and why the old spring busted and that I was lucky that it dint snap in flight as it would have ruined the tracks as well. Travis recommended changing the one spring with two and install a new roller, I agreed and within an hour he was done. Travis was extremely polite, respectful, and quick on the job, no sales pressure tactics, or surprises. I will definitely keep his number handy for the next home repair adventures. Thank you.

The man he sent out did a good installation job; we just realized after he got here that we were overcharged for a standard garage door opener. Then the installer told us we needed new springs. All Pro wanted another $300 and we chose to use someone else for that job.

They arrived on time, all work was done professionally. Give me information that he thought should be done and a reasonable price to do it.

I called several door companies from Angie's List beginning at approximately 10:30 in the morning. All Pro Garage Doors was the only one that could respond the same day. Travis arrived at 5:30. he removed the old center mount springs and replace with new ones. He then lubricated all the door rollers and tracks. Entire job was completed in an hour and fifteen minutes.

All Pro Garage Doors came out to replace the "spring" for our door. Very responsive....coming the same day I called. In addition to replacing the spring he recommended a few upgrades (double spring & roller replacements). Very happy with the roller replacement.... door much quieter and less vibration. He came back out on Nov 9th to make an adjustment at no charge to us. Our technician was very professional and made sure we understood what was wrong and what he needed to do to correct. Cost was a bit more than I would have expected but to be fair I have no reference point for this type of work. Would definitely use them again for anything related to our garage door.

The owner of the company showed up only an hour after calling him & showed up om labor day Sunday an official holiday!

I liked everything about All Pro Garage Doors service. I didn't dislike anything. They guy was very courteous, up front, he knew what he was doing, and he explained everything to me. It was perfect. It took him 15 minutes and then everything was done.

Garage door was noisy, and I found a Valpack coupon for $45 for a tune-up. Travis came the morning after I called. He was prompt, pleasant and professional.He suggested replacing our plastic rollers with steel rollers with ball bearings and nylon covers to make the door quieter, and said the rollers were on sale for $89, so we had him install those.The work was done quickly and professionally.Travis was happy for me to watch and showed me the lubricants to use if I wanted to do future tune-ups myself.I would definitely call him again.

They did a good job. The only thing they did that was a little discouraging is they ran the power wire outside the wall, which was kind of stupid. I re-ran it but they should have done it correctly. My wife didn’t know any better and she signed off on the work and they said that she accepted it so they wouldn't correct it. They were a little expensive but not bad. We might use them again.

The technician arrived on time and examined the door. Because the builder had added a type of insulation to the door, the extra weight was causing it to become less efficient. Especially since the insulation had been added to a basic garage door and didn?t include any modifications by the builder. The technician gave us options, prices, and recommendations which we discussed and decided upon. The work was done promptly and efficiently. One completed, the technician went over what was done to the door and he demonstrated that his adjustments and new parts did indeed make the door work more quietly and efficiently. We?d definitely contact All Pro Garage Doors again for any other work we deem necessary.

They were very nice and professional and completed the work when they arrived. I thought I needed a whole new garage door opener and they told me I did not and I appreciated that.

I called and described the doors. The quoted the price sight unseen and we scheduled a day for the installation. The installer arrived as scheduled and in a short time had the old doors off and the new ones installed and working. Over the next few days we experienced a couple of instances when one door opened itself. I called and the installer came out promptly and on the second trip rewired the malfunctioning door opener. No problems since.

I had DFW Garage Door come out to fix a 'non working' garage door problem. We had the cedar planks replaced on our garage door with Hardy Siding (heavy stuff) and as a result, the opener wouldn't handle the new weight. Mike D. came out, analyzed the problem, explained what would be needed, made a few additional recommendations, then got to work. The result? We now have a 'three spring' system that lifts the door, and runs quieter than it ever has. Mike showed me the replaced parts, explained the quality of the new parts and the lifetime warranty that comes with the springs and new rollers. He was efficient, thorough, and friendly. I would recommend them highly for quick, efficient service.
