All Pro Garage Doors

He came out and replaced the spring on the garage door since it was broken. When he did this, he pointed out that the rollers should be replaced sine they were loose and would eventually break. We agreed to replace the rollers as well. He came to the house on time and was professional while here. After he left, the garage door would go most of the way down and then go back up. I called him back out and he suggested it was the force setting on the garage door opener. We adjusted it to the max setting and it worked for a couple days. After a couple days, the door started sticking again. Luckily, it was an easy fix of adjusting the roller in the door so it would slide lower on the racks. I was pleased with Travis's professionalism and even after he realized there was an issue with the roller, he offered to remediate the problem to make sure I was happy.

I called All Pro in the morning before lunch right after the garage door broke. The gear holding the chain snapped off the top of the existing opener motor and the spring cables snapped from the door spring. It was a mess and boy was that garage door heavy. Travis arrived on time and was able to give me an estimate and replaced the existing system with a new system the same day. He explained everything to me in full detail and gave me discounts and extras where he could since I was a Angie's List member ($50 off new opener install, $50 of spring install, extra remote, home link bridge at cost, programmed the home link buttons in my cars and free garage door tune up). He explained all the details of the new system clearly and was very professional and friendly. These guys know their stuff...highly recommended.

Fantastic! He came out the day we called to see what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Then, he was able to come out the next day and replaced our unit in no time. He also offered to sync our car buttons with the garage door openers. Fantastic service!

I saw All Pro on Angie's List & called the company on Wednesday. I explained to Travis that our garage door remotes did not work. He said he was going to be in the area in about an hour & would come right by. After looking at our 1987 door & 1990 opener (motor), said replacement parts would be hard to find, would I be interested in replacing it with a Liftmaster system. I asked for pricing for the opener & a new door with 4 windows. Travis gave me 2 options they had available: a motor w/ a chain drive or one with a belt drive. He said the new steel doors with insulation aren't as heavy as our old door, & that a belt drive would last much longer (lifetime warranty). We went with the belt drive, steel door w/vinyl insulation, new key pad & 2 new remotes. Travis gave a time on Friday when it would be installed. Two installers showed up on time & completed the install in less than 2 hrs. They showed me how to work the keypad, etc. Travis came by to pick up payment & to see if I was happy with the system. It worked VERY well & I was impressed with how much quieter it was than our old, heavy door. What an improvement.!!! Every bit of interaction with the company's personnel was professional and knowledgeable. The only small complaint I have is that we paid $150 for a Haul Off/Dump Charge & after they left, we noticed that there were a lot of screws, nuts, bolts, etc. in the garage & the driveway. Also, the glass from the old windows was in a trash bin by the fence. But there was no problem when the City came to pick it up. Even though cleanup could have been better, we are very happy with the product as well as the company.

I was in a real pinch. I got home from work and garage door would not close. Home warranty place was no help. I called All Pro, Travis was here in about 35 minutes. He helped secure the garage for the night. And we picked out a new door. The next day at 1pm Jerry+1 showed up.... 1:25 the old door was down. 1:55 the new door was up. 2:10 it was connected to h opener. 2:15 I had a new garage door. Stellar service. It was even more simple than I expected. A great experience. Also, one year maintenance was included.

The service went very good. They showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They said it would take about 2 hours. It took exactly 2 hours. They were as good as they said they are. I would highly recommend their service.

Arrived on time and promptly performed the maintenance on our garage door. I don't think it had been serviced before. He explained the scope of his work and provided some insight into the size of motor we should have for a door of that size. I guess the builder saved some $$$ by using the smallest possible motor. Changed all the rollers with acrylic rollers (added two for no extra charge since the door was larger). Now the door is much quieter and works better than ever.

Competitive estimate given over the phone. Quote was very competitive and one of a few that would give an estimate over the phone. Prompt arrival and very professional. Provided detail explanation of installation and maintenance instruction to keep the door in good working order. Provider installed two springs and bearing. Also made adjustments to make sure the door was working perfectly.

The professional was very courteous and made a very clean and quick service. The garage door opener I bought on the offer wasn't exactly the model I needed and he let me know the options I had before executing the service. Everything is working without a glitch, I highly recommend this company.

I did not go through with this deal due to them not offering a lifetime warranty. This particular only had a 1 yr warranty. The gentle man was willing to make it a 2 yr warranty but I needed something more. He went above and beyond however, it was not wasn’t I was looking for.

It went great. Called, described problem, said he could make appointment for same day in the afternoon. Showed up on time and had repair and other work finished in approximately an hour. My husband had a question for him later and called, he promptly returned call and said do not hesitate to contact again. I think it all went very well.

Travis was quick to return my voicemail and I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. I was given a service time of 12-2 and Travis actually showed up a few minutes before noon and got right to work. All of the work was completed within an hour and a half. The final price matched my expectation based on the quote.

My daughter bought her first home in June and it needed to be completely remodeled. The garage door was made of wood and rotten. Spending a lot of money on a garage door wasn't something she was interested in. The door is in the back and all she needed was a basic garage double car door in a color that would work with her house. I called several different garage door companies and All Pro Garage Doors in Carrollton had the best price that I could find by as much as $200.00. And when you have as much to spend on a house remodel as she does every $200.00 counts. After deciding on a new color to paint the house she decided that a white garage door would do just fine. I spoke with the owner of All Pro and made arrangements for his guys to come out and remove the old door and install the new one. Everything was done in a timely manor and the door looks great. Now on to the next project!

All Pro did an awesome job! Travis was so easy to work with in setting this up. He showed up on time, is extremely knowledgeable, and did great work. I couldn't ask for anything more, and I would definitely recommend All Pro Garage Doors.

Travis from All Pro Garage Doors was very nice and professional. He responded to my request promptly and replaced my garage door very quickly. I have already referred my brother to him, and I don't refer family unless I'm 100% positive the provider does good work and does so in a timely fashion.

I called from their info in Angie's List and owner asked if he could call me back. He called back 5 minutes later and said he had someone in area and could be there within 30 minutes. Within 10 minutes, there was a knock on my door and within 10 more minutes, he was done.

Absolutely wonderful to do business with. The service guy was very professional and polite. Price was as stated and they did not try to upsell me. Will do business with them in the future.

My garage door was original to the house and not in good shape. I purchased the big deal from Angie's ( new door plus installation ), and was contacted by Travis within the stated two days to schedule installation. Travis was great and answered all of my questions. There was an ice storm on the original installation date, but Travis contacted me immediately that morning to reschedule. On the day of the actual installation, the installer called me and let me know he was on his way. When he got there he was very nice, and had my original door off within a few minutes, and the new one installed within the hour. At first the door was not closing, but he quickly noticed it was because one of my garage opener sensors was disconnected, so he took a moment to fix it and everything is working great. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

I was charged $50 extra due to my location but I was informed up front. The technicians were very efficient and fast. I was very surprised when the techs educated me in what they were doing and why. They also told me that the door should be serviced yearly. No sales pitch just information which was nice.

They were really good, efficient, on time, and friendly. They did a great job and did it for the money they said they would. They were cheaper and were just as good, if not better. The price was very fair.

Travis came out to replace a broken spring on our garage door. His response was almost immediate and his work was great. Not only did he have exceptional knowledge but was very clean and professional. We will definitely use him again in the future if needed and refer to our friends.
