awesome job, found the problem within five minutes was with the guide wire being our of track. He offered to fix it free and told me I may not need the tune up at all. I appreciate the honesty and attention to detail. I still had him do the tune up for peace of mind. door operating like new! I am definitely recommending your company at every chance I get.

Travis was great. Left my ladder under my garage door when i tried to close it. Realized it too late. Very professional, extremely patient and courteous, plus responsive. He explained every task he performed and why. He was very patient with my desire to understand. He was very patient with me getting in his way and very professional about handling my impatience. He made sure i understood the hows and whys of my garage door. Will definitely hire him again.

Lube, reinforce rail, tighten springs

I contacted Travis on a Wednesday about the special he is running on Angie's List. I told him my 87 year old mother-in-law needed a new garage door opener. He said he wouldn't be able to install the unit until Monday due to potential issues with his supplier. I made an appointment for Monday, but told Travis that she needed this done as soon as possible. Travis called and said that he had made it possible to install on Friday, which was great. He showed up when he said he would and got the unit installed in a little over an hour. I was most impressed when he took the time to thoroughly explain the operation of the unit to my mother-in-law. We were both very pleased with the service that All Pro provided.

Travis is a great professional to work with. He came and did a clean job of putting the new garage door opener. He also checked the other parts of the door and installed the remote as well. Good prices too.

Great. I appreciate that he was willing to tell me what he thought the problem was. He could have easily come to my house and charged me to make an adjustment I could make myself. My garage door opener is old and I will likely need to replace in the next year or two. He has earned my future business by helping me make the adjustment on my own today.

Charged me for 5 hours of labor when installer was only on site for a little under 2 hours. Never provided me payment receipt. Sensor stopped the gate from closing and needed to be adjusted the following week. Less than 2 months later the weld attaching the sensor to the gate broke. They came out promptly to fix it, but CHARGED us again to fix their substandard weld job.

I was on my way to work and I discovered that my garage door would not open. I looked on the door and saw a sticker for All Pro Garage Doors so I gave them a call. Travis came to my home within an hour, diagnosed the problem (broken springs) and repaired the garage that day (April 4, 2017). He honored a coupon from his website and this reduced the cost. Unfortunately that evening, the chain on the garage door opener snapped. I called Travis at 10:15 that night. He answered and we agreed on a price for a new opener. He arrived on time two days later and had the job completed within an hour. I had a very good experience with Travis and I will definitely do business with him again!

Service was prompt as we were unable to close door after it was damaged. Travis came out and got the door closed on a cold day. His crew came and installed new door a couple days later.

Called Travis on a Friday afternoon. He delayed the start of his weekend to come over and fix our garage door so we could get the vehicles out for the weekend. His response time was about 30 minutes. I felt the price was reasonable. Travis definitely knows garage doors. As he saw problems with my old garage door, he offered options for what I could do. I really liked him not being pushy about me buying additional services – he gave me alternatives and let me decide. He was courteous, careful, and respectful of my property. My door is not going to last too many more years. When it finally needs replacing, I will definitely call Travis. I am glad I was able to experience his service on a small repair before I needed to have the entire door replaced.

I had an appointment for 8a on Saturday morning and he didn't show up until 930a with no call so I was prepared to be unhappy. However, we got great service. We didn't get overcharged, he didn't try to up-sell us, and he explained everything that needed to be done before doing it. Also gave good advice for the future. Would definitely use All Pro again!

Was able to come out same day at scheduled time. No issues or concerns with work done. Explained repairs well. Price was double what I am accustomed to paying for replacing springs on garage door.

I was getting ready to leave town for 10 days when our garage door quite working. It would move a little and reverse. I didn't want to leave our house sitter with a garage door that wouldn't open. I tried lubricating everything but it didn't help. I pretty much assumed the thing was dead. Travis was able to squeeze me in the day after I called him and showed up when promised. He examined the system and determined that all it needed was a "tune up" for a lot less money than a new system. Plus he was able to do that on the spot where a new system wouldn't have been ready before we left. The door has worked fine ever since!

Technician came out on Sunday ($50.00 charge), fixed the broken spring, lubricated all moving parts, adjusted, balanced, and tested the door.

Job went great, new opener is very quite.

Travis come out right on time to check everything out and give me a bid. After contacting several other companies I decided to go with All Pro. Installation was scheduled for the next week. The installation crew arrived on time and went right to work. The installation went great and the new doors look and work great. Very professional service from start to finish.

Contacted All-Pro after my Home Warranty company showed up only to tell me the spring was not covered. I called All Pro and they should up that afternoon and completed the work. A little confusion on the cost of the springs but I was very happy with the work and responsiveness I would recommend them and use them again

Travis was courteous, professional and friendly. He accessed the damage, set a fair price and repaired the garage door. I had to leave and upon my return one hour later, Travis had the door fixed and fully functional. I was very satisfied with his service. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
