All Pro Garage Doors

Description of Work: INCREDIBLE!!! I have been struggling with my garage door for months. I spoke to them the other day asking them to come out; they suggested a cheaper alternative was just to replace the batteries in my openers. After that failed, I called them back at 445p (near end of business day) asking them to come out; they called me back in a minute - and over the next 30 MINUTES - walked me through, step-by-step, on the phone, how to fix the problem - WITH NO CHARGE!!!! Again - it was the END of the day, and they literally walked me through a process (rather complicated, as there were all types of items I had to check in the garage/garage door apparatus/openers) but they did it patiently, and with humor!!! Can you believe it?!?! Anybody else would have come out, charged me and fixed the problem - I got my problem fixed FOR FREE by the NICEST service person you could ever imagine. I would GLADLY fork over any $ amount to these people considering the top-notch customer service they provide. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THEM, NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Quite possibly THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!

Description of Work: According to deal terms (listed under "the fine print"), the additional cost to install a keyless entry pad is $29. The company representative stated it would be $90. He was not customer-friendly and didn't seem to care that his company was advertising pricing that they were not willing to honor.

Description of Work: Took down and Installed a new Garage door and motor, The man was here on |time. Started right to work, finished in about an hour, removed the old door, collected his money and left. We were very happy and staidfied with his work and highly reccomend

Description of Work: Travis was late arriving but he did call and keep me updated as to when he would arrive. I had another commitment and he worked fast to make the repairs, change out both springs, in time to try and get us where we needed to be. He adapted well to my non-traditional door opener and worked around it for which I give him kudos as I'm sure most would have just walked away. Overall the experience was very good and the springs are replaced and working very well. He was very pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: All Pro performed a garage door tune up: |1) Adjusted the drive power/speed, up and down. |2) Oiled/Greased the moving parts (drive screw, hinges & spring). |3) Cleaned the lens. |4) Installed a new 9 volt battery in the key pad. |5) Checked for obstructions along the rail. |6) Explained all features on the key pad and installed a new light bulb. | |Arrived on time. Took time to explain everything (above items)that he did and he gave helpful pointers on what to look for (trouble shooting & regular wear & tear). Took extra time to be as thorough as possible. He did just enough. Didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need. | |Great experience! Would tell someone else about him and would hire him again. Thank you.
