Jerry (company owner) and his team are fabulous. Following the heavy rainstorms last week I awoke to a water damaged wall in the master bedroom. Jerry has done excellent work for me in the past (redesign and outfitting of a game room and media room; painting a bathroom and bedroom) and the first call I made was to Agape. Jerry came right out the next day to give me an estimate, and despite his company's very busy schedule he had the work completed within a week! Their work was spot-on; no seams or telltale evidence of repair, the wall is perfect in every way. Agape is a quality act and is my go-to company for all home repair and construction needs.

We recently purchased a home with a three car garage. Strangely, the garage had a 6 foot long load-bearing wall between the single and double car stalls. It was awkwardly placed so that if you parked in the single car stall, the door could not be opened enough on the passenger side to get out. We called Agape Home Services to give us a quote on replacing this wall with a beam. At first we were a bit apprehensive because of the load-bearing nature of the job, but Jerry, Jeff, and their crew put our minds at ease and did a terrific job. They also covered the beam with sheet rock and it blends right in with the rest of the garage so it is barely noticeable. They were all very courteous and we were very please with their work and professionalism. We will definitely call on them again for other remodeling needs.

The company is very reliable and accurate. The time and the cost all in line with the estimates. Job well done.

Agape is great at communications and keeping schedule appointment and work commitments. They always give extra attention to prepping the house area for work by covering floors, hanging plastic from ceiling to floor where needed and covering furniture. Real saver on dust and dirt spread. They always took the time to clean up the work area and floors before leaving for the day. This required removing all water resources in the bathrooms and commodes so they were good in trying to balance the work flow to leave some working facilities since it was a 2-3 week job. This is about the 4th time that Agape has performed some significant work for us ($15,000 +) and each time has been a very good and professional experience. They run their own crews and with the high demand for skilled people, they also are very selective on who they higher. Each person that has worked in our house was professional and courteous. In the past, I have gotten into trouble by accepting verbal work agreements for a job. Always leave room for misunderstanding and conflict. With Agape, everything is in writing...what to expect, owner's responsibility, time frame scope of job and timeline. It is also convenient to conduct all contractual work online for review and signature. They are technically up-to-date! I have found that in contracting for jobs, getting quality and skilled people is much high requirement than only looking for the best price. I have found Agape to be of the highest quality and a reasonable price! Highly, highly recommend Agape Home Services!

Service was excellent. I received a call to schedule the project within 24 hours of leaving a message. Contractor called an hour before arrival time to confirm arrival time so that I wouldn't have to leave work early and just wait for him to show up. He was polite, worked steadily and completed the job in the timeframe estimated. Work was A+ quality.

Great experience from start to finish. Agape was very responsive to our inquiries, patient while we made our hiring decision, and extremely helpful in making recommendations for colors, materials, etc. They finished on schedule and there were no cost overruns. The crew showed up on time each day and cleaned up at the end of the day. They were very pleasant to work with and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with the work and will definitely hire Agape again for future projects!

Agape HS and Jerry Weitrich originally contracted to remodel an addition on our home. The addition was demolished and completely re-framed and integrated into the home by removing interior walls and doors. During the initial phase the project was expanded to include a remodel of the master bathroom including moving a wall, plumbing and adding custom cabinetry and hand scraped hard wood flooring through out the house. Jerry and his team we punctual, professional and expert craftsman throughout the project. Our expectations were exceeded consistently. The team took extra steps to accommodate use as we relocated into rooms to allow for work to progress on schedule and always let us know when and who would be doing work. This was our first major remodel effort and were very about making the right choice and have a successful experience. We feel very fortunate to have chosen Agape HS. Since completion of the project we are able to enjoy the spaces each day and are looking forward to working with Jerry and his team on other projects in the future. I can confidently recommend Agape HS for remodeling work.

We wanted to tell people looking for a great company for residential remodeling projects about Agape Home Services. We chose them for our kitchen project and from the very start this family owned business was so easy to work with and made our kitchen remodel seamless. Jerry, Jeff, and Becky helped us every step of the way. We plan on having them come back for more projects soon. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable, competent, and friendly company to work with.

From beginning to end very detailed, quality service. We've done a lot of remodeling and worked with many contractors over the last 15 years and have had quite a few bumpy rides. The Agape team was very easy to work with, straightforward and took extra time and energy keeping the place clean. When they ran into issues it was easy to communicate with them and work out solutions. This was a very good experience and we'll use them again.

Very professional. Jerry and Jeff provided a detailed work breakdown proposal so that we could see what would be done and what each work section would cost. Competitors just offered a one sheet proposal with a total price. It was also clear that any changes to the approved work order would be in writing so that everyone was on board and there would be no confusion. When the job began, the work team - Eric and Mike - arrived every morning promptly at 8 am to begin work. They worked tirelessly through the day until 4:45 pm then they stopped work and cleaned up the job site. The Agape team only works Monday through Friday which is good. Even though you want the job completed as soon as possible, you also want a little break from people in your home. Agape's work plan is just right. Their teams are true professionals, with solid experience and job knowledge. Agape provides a recommended vendor list for needed materials and they handle getting the chosen items to the job. No hassle. The job was completed as scheduled and everything was nearly perfect. The very few items (2) that need more attention were promptly attended to. Communication through the job was excellent.

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience with Agape was! From the first moment I spoke with Becky on the phone, met her for the project planning, met her son Jerry for further bidding and planning, through the interactions with the project lead and employees on my project - all was just perfect. Becky was exceptionally responsive anytime I had a question or wanted to make a change to the project (which I did several times and she never became exasperated with me at all). When the actual work began, the project lead Bill met me at the house with a folder full of details he went over with me to make sure everything was as I wanted. Their terms were spelled out in advance and I thought that was fair - everything from when I would be expected to pay for what, any supplies they needed from me, how they would handle change orders, etc. They were beyond professional - arriving on time each day, working straight through the day and leaving no earlier than 4 or 4:30. All their workers are employees - not contractors - and this shows! I wasn't living in the house while the work was being done - but even as such they cleaned up after themselves every day and were very careful to be respectful of noise or mess. My project took about 9 days. They didn't mind if I sat and stared at them while they worked - or if I never even showed up the whole day. When the work was done, Bill walked through everything with me, gave me a whole additional day to look over everything my self and give them a punch list of anything I wanted touched up or that wasn't to my liking. Funny thing was that I didn't have a single thing to add - the job had been done as requested, on time, and perfectly. The quality of the work was exemplary. I will admit that their quoted price was higher than any other contractor but I had a feeling that the level of professionalism, quality, and communication would be worth it to reduce my stress on this project and I was right. You definitely get what you pay for. Thank you Becky and Jerry. You will be doing work for me again!!

Provider wanted to charge by the hour for 2 men to do the job. We wanted a firm estimate for the job but were willing to work with them if they could give us a number when they looked at the job. They stated that they would call back when they could work us into their schedule. No call back was every received.

I can?t say enough about the wonderful people, professionalism, and workmanship of the Agape team. We have completed two major remodel projects with them (including kitchen, master bath, flooring, and lots of painting), and they have earned our respect and recommendation each time. Both projects were completed pretty seamlessly, with few surprises, and ahead of schedule. The owners/management staff, as well as the guys on the job each day, shared their expertise and ideas, while also connecting us with their partners, to help us make informed decisions. The office team is equally friendly and helpful, and their organized approach ensured things were moving forward steadily. The team was responsive when a question or additional need came up too, adapting well. They were more than accommodating of our family and needs throughout the process, such that we were not at all deterred by the thought of a remodel a second time. Agape seems to hire quality people who respect the client and the investment they are making; they go out of their way to offer a good experience ? which made it an absolute no brainer to trust our home to them again. I?m very happy with the job they?ve done for us!

Agape completed the project in budget and on time as cocntracted. They were very professional and responsive to any questions or requests that I had. The project included expanding an existing patio and building a roof over the patio. They built a 15x 20 patio and cover with a hip roof with a tongue and groove ceiling. They also cut a door into my garage to give me direct access to the patio and installed a door, ceiling fan and light and outside light near the door. All work has been done in a timely manner and I would hire them again in a minute. This is the second project they have done for me and I have been highly satisfied both times. I have recommended their services to friends and neighbors.

We decided to have new counter top put in our kitchen. We found a counter top that we liked, so we ordered it and had to pay in advance, which we did. After signing the papers and paying in advance, we found that we would have to replace all of the backsplash because the old tile was off by 3/8 of an inch, but the company we had signed up with does not do that, so we had to look for someone for the tiles. We checked Angie?s List, found a company that does all kinds of work named Agape Home Services in Carrollton, Texas. We called them, explained our situation, that we also needed someone to remove the tile in a few days, before the counter tops were ready to be installed. The owner, Jerry, was surprised because he said they do the complete job, including plumbing and tile service. However he was booked up for a several months, but he said he doesn?t mind if his people want to work weekends on their own and that he would check with one of his employees to see if he wanted the job. The next day Erik called us, he said he would be able to work the next weekend to remove the tile and put in new green board and he would bring a friend with to help him. He told us he would be here the next Saturday at 9 a.m. to take the tile off. That next Saturday morning, both men were at the house promptly at 9 a.m. and they worked to remove the tile and install the green board. When they finished they cleaned everything, we had no cleaning to do. They said they would be back the Saturday after our countertop was installed. They both showed up the Saturday after the countertops were installed, right on time, 9 a.m., and worked most of the day putting the new tile in. They were very neat, put tarps on the floor from the front door to the whole kitchen. And again completely cleaned up. They were very polite and did a great job. We wish we had thought to check Angie?s List so we could have used Agape Home Services for the whole job. The tile looks great. We thought it was very nice of Jerry to take time to come see what he could do to help us when he knew he wouldn?t be making any money from our job. While he was here he also measured everything and told us how much tile and grout to get and a few good places to purchase it from. We talked to him about what kinds of work his company does, one of them is patio covers and we have been thinking about replacing ours. When we get ready to redo our patio cover we will be calling Agape to do the work.

I needed this repair done immediately and they were able to send a tech out the same day. He came in and fixed the fallen door and the door track. Very professional, on time, and very happy with price.

The team was on time. Jerry worked on some of the jobs himself. On the jobs he didn't work, he checked in frequently and held is team to the same high standards I've seen him demonstrate. I've owned 5 houses and worked with many different contractors. Agape is at the top of my list. They may charge more than other contractors, but are well worth the price.

Everything went as budgeted and planned. Awesome service and completed projected within three business days.

Agape workers were very reliable and listened to our needs. They were meticulous in their work product. They cleaned up after themselves every day. If I have future home improvement needs, they will definitely be my contractor.

Bill and Eric did a fantastic job! They arrived promptly when scheduled, and left the work area tidy each day. They clarified with me the work to be done and the materials to be used at the start of the project. Their attention to detail was wonderful - especially dealing with my subway and accent tile, creating wonderful and pleasing patterns in my new shower. On their last scheduled day, they stayed until almost 9 pm to make sure the work was done completely and correctly. Two follow-up items - installing the frameless glass shower door and installing a replacement sink faucet, were completed timely. I have used Agape for home projects before so my expectations for the bathroom were high - and they were more than met! Thanks, Agape, for being a contractor a homeowner can trust and rely on to do the job right.

The contractor assigned two men to the project from start to finish. This was nice in that we knew who to expect each morning when the men arrived to continue the remodel. We had one situation where the new cabinet was not going to sit well on existing tile. The men offered an easy solution and quickly obtained additional tile pieces so the cabinet would sit flush to the floor. The two men worked each day from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm with only a short break for lunch. They accomplished a great deal each day and completed the project ahead of schedule. And when the men left on the final day the newly remodeled bathroom was more beautiful than expected. We will definitely call on Agape Home Services again and comfortably recommend them to anyone.

It was excellent. We would recommend them without reservation to anyone. They were skilled, professional, courteous, thoughtful of our home and worked timely. We had two different groups on the jobs and everything matched up to their reputation. We will definitely use them again.

We wanted our laundry room remodeled so we called several companies for estimates and after some deliberations decided on Agape. We told them we wanted to extend 2 feet into the garage on the back wall and four feet past the doorway into the garage. We had them build a cabinet for the washer/dryer. They also put a farmhouse sink and lower cabinets with granite over the washer/dryer and sink area. We kept our existing upper cabinets but had them painted white. Matt, also made some built-in shoe cubbies to accommodate my shoes. Alex installed a rod for hanging clothes to dry. The tile floor that was laid looks beautiful. We also had a bit of work done in the kitchen. We had a large pullout drawer that looks like a cabinet made to fit a space that had once held a wine fridge. The drawer was for holding cutting boards, large platters, cookie sheets, etc. The cabinet guy, Matt, did an amazing job of matching the stain from the other cabinets. He also built a pullout drawer for all my heavy pots and pans so I don't have struggle to get them out of the cabinet anymore. Alex and his assistant showed up on time every day. They were polite and accommodating. Their attention to detail was meticulous. They did a wonderful job. The laundry room looks amazing. I've had many compliments on it.

This was the third time I've used Agape Home Services, and they were wonderful. Jerry and his team have a loyal customer following, and this translates into new jobs scheduled weeks to months in advance. It is well worth the wait. His guys are reliable, punctual, professional -- and do great work. Two years ago Jerry and his team did a large job for me fabricating and outfitting a high-end media room in my home. They did such good work that I didn't bother bidding out this job or even getting a estimate from him beforehand. I simply told him to put me on the schedule and send me the bill when your done. He did not disappoint. Jerry, thanks again!!!

AGAPE HOME SERVICES cannot be faulted for the service they delivered. BECKY was our main point of contact. She arrived early for our first appointment, and was polite and attentive throughout our meeting. BECKY took copious notes and photos, measured everything twice! She was able to answer all of our questions. On her second visit she arrived with her cabinet maker. We discussed design issues, and was able to reassure us that all the features we requested would be included in the finished project. He measured twice! On her third visit she was joined by JERRY, one of the owners of the company. They reviewed all aspects of the work to be undertaken, and confirmed delivery dates. Bill and Erik were punctual, professional and smiling. They informed me that rather than paint the components in our front room they preferred to paint them in a controlled environment back at their workshop. I agreed to this, but would have preferred prior notice. They worked smart and were able to find work arounds for all of those "tiny" issues that seem to plague every construction job. The units finally arrived . The paint job was first class, and the fit.... perfect! Trim was installed and a fresh coat of matching paint was added to the fire mantel. Erik and Bill respected our property at all times, and cleaned at the end of every day. Becky kept the paperwork up to date, ensuring that both parties were aware of all changes. Would I have AGAPE HOME SERVICES work for me again? Yes! Would I RECOMMEND AGAPE HOME SERVICES? Yes! It's tough to find quality work and outstanding customer service these days, but I believe AGAPE HOME SERVICES have got it right.. Thanks go to all who participated in the project.
