My name is Robin Mathews, my husband and I chose Agape Home Services to do our recent Kitchen & Master Bathroom remodel mainly due to their solid reputation & in-house structure. The scope of work that we had done was not small (approximately $50K – $60K worth)and they completed the job in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. They were very respectful of our home throughout the process from beginning to end & cleaned up the work site daily which we appreciated as we have 2 young kids. Our kitchen had almost a complete face lift, with new granite counter tops, back splash, under cabinet lighting, the removal of a raised kitchen bar top area in order to level out to counter height so that it became one solid surface. We kept our existing cabinets, but had the door fronts, drawers and crown molding changed out. They also added a few other cabinets & removed our island completely to give us a bigger open Kitchen. They then stained our cabinets, which were refinished just beautifully. We also had them completely gut and remodel our master bathroom and their work was exactly what we envisioned and more! They did amazing wood work on the wainscoting that we added around the walls and custom window treatment around the window above the tub. We are thrilled with our new shower that got extended out a bit to add extra space, the new remodeled vanity area, water closet area & most important no more popcorn ceiling texture. We had 2 crews on our job and the leads were Alex & Mike, which we can say enough about & are very skilled individuals! Both projects were just seamless and we are very satisfied with the hard work that was put into it. We are just ecstatic that we found a quality contractor who obviously loves & cares about the work they do and the clients they service, which is very hard to find these days! We look forward to doing many more projects with them in the future! Again, I can’t say enough about this contractor and would highly recommend Agape Home Services to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, reputable contractor, who stands behind their work and does an incredible job!

Communication from beginning to end was outstanding. Such a simple thing, but makes things run smoothly. They arrived on time and performed the work. Had them replaced the drywall, texture, and paint. It looks fantastic as I can't even see where the work was done. Josh made sure to pick out paint to match and cleaned up well.

Jeff gave me a detailed quote so I could prioritize the work to fit my budget. The guys (Erik, Tony, Matt) were prompt, took great pride in their work and left the job cleaner than they found it. The window guy (Lonnie) was fantastic as well. I was very pleased to find a single service provider that had all of these various skill-sets.

We are extremely satisfied with our complete kitchen remodel and would highly recommend Agape Home Improvement for remodeling work. From project estimate, scheduling, detailed project list, material list, vendor list, and insuring what our responsibilities concerning owner provided items, the planning by Delania and Jeff was top notch. Once the remodeling started, we appreciated the care taken to insure minimal damage was done to the floor, also insuring that the room was pretty much sealed up to prevent construction dust to migrate to the rest of the house. The prework(before cabinets, backsplash, countertop, etc.) was done with great technical (electrical and plumbing) care by Josh and Danny. Next, the cabinets,(great work by Mat the cabinet maker) counter top, and back splash (great job again by Josh) were installed, and stained (by Eric) all installation/work was done very well. During the whole remodeling process, the various crews were very trustworthy, responsive, and cleaned up the remodeling area and work area every night. Overall, we would highly recommend Agape Home Services in the future

The entire team with Agape is amazing. I have never felt so confident with the work being done in our home. They held our hand and guided us through the entire process. Agape is a wonderful company to work with, and one we would highly recommend again and again. It is a family run company with great morals and focus on the home owners. The pricing for the job was quite comparable to other companies we had give us bids. We started already having ideas of what we wanted, and greatly appreciated how well Jeff and Delaina understood our wishes and were able to represent that in a comprehensive workbook for the construction team. We were well informed of what we needed to provide for supplies and had a clear understanding before demolition began. Gary, Erik, and the entire construction team were amazing with their skills and craftsmanship! That kind of quality of skills is hard to find. For instance, we were promised that when the wall was enclosed in our living room to what was the wet bar entrance, the wood paneling would look as if it were original. Gary did a beautiful job, and we are beyond impressed on how great the paneling looks! Gary and Erik always respected our time, home and family, and treated this project as if it were for their own home. They were always easy to approach with questions/concerns and were quick to respond to any needs. Our job was frequently checked on throughout by the Project Coordinator and even the Owner to make sure things were progressing correctly. They completed our work on time and without cutting any corners. As promised, the crew worked within normal hours always leaving our home as clean as possible.From the initial bid to the completion of our project, we were met with great respect, good communication, and wonderful costumer service. We have already recommended Agape to several neighbors and plan to use them again if/when the need arises.

He called back left a message they were not taking any business right now ... sorry.-- Well then remove yourself from advertising lists and state so on your phone message-- waste my time and everyone else as well. What kind of business turns away business unless you can't keep workers and have no one to do the work.. and THAT speaks volumes to the consumer -- BEWARE

After requesting three bids from three separate remodeling companies, I hired Agape Home Services to do a complete remodel of my kitchen and extend my dining room. This was the first major remodeling project I have done on my house and wasn't sure what to expect. From the first meeting with the owner, Jerry Wetrich, I felt very comfortable with the company and his knowledge and experience to complete the project. In addition, project manager, Delaina Jones was invaluable in helping guide me deciding on color schemes and designs for the kitchen. She has so many resources available to her, it really helped me visualize what the completed project would look like even before it started. From the day they started, everything went very smoothly. The crew was on time and very professional. They kept me updated on their progress and met all of their deadlines. This was a seven week project. I requested a few changes in the middle of the project which were handled without any issues from Agape. I've heard all of the horror stories about remodeling projects gone bad with delays, cost overruns, unreliable workers etc. I did not experience any of that with Agape Home Services. I will definitely hire them again when I'm ready to update the master bathroom. I highly recommend you contact Jerry Wetrich at Agape Home Services. You will be very happy with the results of their work.

Good service, technician Erik H. was skilled, friendly, efficient, and conscientious in leaving the area clean. A small job, but will keep the name for an estimate on larger jobs.

Jerry and Jeff showed up to visit with us regarding several projects. The guys couldn't have been nicer. They had great ideas and were confident they could accomplish everything we needed done. The price was right in line with our budget, so we agreed to move forward with Agape. The best thing about Agape is the crews they use are all Agape employees. The crew we had was in our home for 8 days. They showed up on time each day and were extremely kind and respectful to my family. The closet they installed looked like it was original to the house. All of the work they completed was impeccable. I would highly recommend using Agape!

We could not be more pleased with Agape and will definitely use them again. Gary and Eric were professional and went above & beyond in every aspect of their work. They took the time to make sure everything was done right with our project and we love how it turned out. Even though the project took a little bit longer than expected, they worked LONG hours to make sure the project was finished as timely as possible, always left the house in better shape than it was in when they arrived and if something wasn't 100% perfect in their eyes, then they worked on it until it met their high expectations. We cannot say enough good things about them and Agape.

This is the third project I have had done by Agape and it was another great experience. The technicians, Gary and Eric, were friendly, professional, and did excellent work. They began Demo on May 23 and it went well and pretty quickly. I hired Becky Watson as a designer to help me choose colors, granite, flooring, etc. She was a huge help! The granite she helped me pick turned out beautiful. Initially we ordered 2 slabs but when the fabricator came and measured he said we needed an extra slab for our office counter tops which we hadn't expected. Upon recommendation from Becky, we selected our hardwood flooring and back splash from Nebraska Furniture Mart. We had brought 2 different samples home and when I gave Becky the skew number to order the wood I mistakenly gave her the wrong number. We caught it the next day and I called her and right away she said she would take care of it even though it was a weekend and she had to track down the Flooring manager. She really went the extra mile for us!! Also they discovered when installing the backsplash that Nebraska FM had shorted us one box, so she went all over town to find a match so they could finish installing the backsplash. AGAPE has great customer service!! There was a little issue with the subcontractor schedule for painting the cabinets. He had told them it would take 3 days and he got done in 2 days so we couldn't have any work done the following day cause the original crew was already scheduled at another house. The under cabinet lights were installed where the original under cabinet light wiring was located and Becky and I had measured for some additional lights which required additional wiring. The original wiring from the home builder was not centered over the group of cabinets and it really didn't look good. Becky gave me 3 options to fix the problem, one of which she would have her electrician center the existing lights and not charge us any additional cost which is what we did. The kitchen was finally finished on June 15, 2016 and is very beautiful!! I love it and am so grateful I found Agape Home Services. Everyone we worked with; Jeff Watson, estimator, Delaina, project coordinator and Becky Watson, designer were very professional, helpful, attentive to our needs and treated us like family. I would not hesitate to use them the next time we have renovation needs!

Each time Agape worked in my home, I was treated fairly, honestly and the work was of the highest quality. I trust this company and all staff members who worked in my home.

Overall an excellent job by Agape Home Services. Their big selling point is a very detailed estimate up front, which after a few wording changes and corrections, was a very good roadmap of the work performed. Other quotes we received were vague and high-level, leaving too much to interpretation and likely expensive change orders. Our master bath remodeling project involved new floors, new bathtub, new shower with seat, new extended shower, new shower/tub tile, remove wallpaper and texture walls, paint ceilings and walls, new toilet, new baseboards, new vanity cabinets, and granite on all tops. We added several electrical outlets and installed the Sonos wireless speaker system for music and radio stations. Overall the project took 4 - 5 weeks, very comfortable with the time frame. Previously our kitchen remodel (using a different contractor) was a disaster, so we were tentative in moving forward with the project. The Agape primes impressed us as diligent and trustworthy, and they delivered a very detailed estimate leaving nothing to chance, so we moved ahead. All during the project execution, the Agape team was professional and very responsive - typically the very same day. The workers during the day were pleasant and very respectful. They cleaned up well every day. Often they would text or call and ask approval for a certain design layout. Thank you Agape - we love our new bathroom! Folks if you are looking for a trustworthy general contractor, give Agape a call - you will be glad.

After one of our water heaters exploded (which was installed on the second floor), we contacted Agape Home Services based on their ratings and reviews on Angie's List. When I spoke with Jeff Watson at Agape, he was quite candid in telling me that it would be 2 months before they would be able to get to my project. Being relatively comfortable with the time frame, we decided to move forward with securing a quote. Agape's quote was competitive with other quotes that we received, but we just felt more comfortable speaking with Jeff and the Agape team. Right up to the day of work commencement, Agape was in constant communications with us prepping us for the work to be done and helping us select the paint and fixtures for the project. Our rehab team of Charles and Tiffany showed up promptly on the first (and every other) day of the 8 day project and, not only were they extremely personable and professional, but very cognizant of protecting and caring for our furnishings. They explained to me every day what they would be doing that day and the next. Jeff made it a point to either stop by or call to inquire about our satisfaction with the ongoing work. The work was completed on time and as agreed. When the project was completed, they made sure that everything was cleaned up and hauled away all of the trash! The entire team at Agape Home Services was a pleasure to work with and while I'm sure that all of their construction staff is topnotch, we really enjoyed working with Charles and Tiffany and highly suggest that you request them if they are available. We have plans we have plans to utilize Agape Home Services for another project in the very near future!

Working with Agape was difficult, to say he least. I have a feeling this stems from them taking on too much business at once due to the Angie's List good reviews. Jerry, the owner, reminded us of how busy they are any chance he could. I'm sure when they weren't as busy they gave better service and actually paid attention to their customers' needs and desires. This is all confirmed by the owners attitude change after the initial sale. Before booking he's nice and forthright. After booking he basically disappears and pushes all responsibilities to Delaina. Delaina was fine at first but increasingly became unavailable or slow to respond to requests as she was always too busy to get back to us. If you're company is gaining jobs this quickly, hire another administrator. Our project lead Bill was good and did good work. He was running all over the place to multiple jobs that ended up dragging our finish times well beyond original timelines. They will likely respond to this saying that it was our payment not being there the day our job started that caused the delay, but I sent the check the day I signed the contract (and sent proof of this), and I can't control the mail. It's not the customer's fault if the contractor doesn't have a contract prepared until 3 business days prior to start. It's also not our fault if they decide to start the job anyway and the owner makes no mention of this while in my home on day 1. My best guess is that he didn't know and was out selling the company to overbook more unsuspecting customers. It's also apparently "not company policy" to itemize any invoice they send so we know what we are paying for. A response like that only causes the customer to suspect they're being ripped off and paying high labor costs. I can't recall that ever happening before on anything I've ever purchased, but perhaps that's industry standard. Seems odd though. In the end, the work done was good and we are happy with the end product, but that is not a direct reflection of the poor service you will receive.

It went well. The biggest project was staining the new cabinets to achieve the color we wanted and to stain and existing hutch to match the new cabinets. They stayed with it until we were totally satisfied. Everything else seemed to go smoothly as they are a team that always work together. They made sure everything was done the way we requested and if we had trouble making a decision, they made great suggestions based on their experience, which was very helpful. Their work was excellent and they took pride in doing the best job possible. Communications were also excellent whether it was with the workers or the administrative team. They are a pretty well oiled machine which results in a job well done.

Over the last 30 years my wife and I have lived in various cities throughout the US and have employed several contractors to do various remodeling jobs in the houses we have owned. Without a doubt Agape Home Services and, more specifically, the team of Charles and Tiffany, was the easiest, most competent, and detail oriented contractors with whom we have had the pleasure to work. We had a strong sense of just how we wanted our master bath to look. We produced the plan and bought virtually all the materials and asked Agape for a bid to do the work. Jeff came out as scheduled and produced a very reasonable bid within a week. Charles and Tiffany started and finished the work on the given dates. As frequently happens with older houses such as ours, small unexpected findings come up that require extra work to fix before the remodel can proceed. When this happened, the team identified and fixed the problem with very fair pricing. On occasion, Charles and Tiffany would make useful suggestions to enhance the look of the bathroom, understanding just what we were going for. What was unique in my experience was that Charles and Tiffany did everything and did it surprisingly well... from demolition to plumbing/electrical to tile and painting. Because of this, they took ownership in the project and the result was stunning. These two are true artisans; something you just don't get with a series of mindless subcontractors. We are grateful that we found Agape on Angie's list and will be putting them in front of the line for any future projects we may have in Dallas!

This is my second time having renovation work done by Agape. I am writing a second review because I had a different group of workers this time. I was again very pleased. The work this time was done by Tiffany and Charles (and yes - a woman was actually on the "grunt work" and she did a great job! In fact I think a woman's eye on the details makes everything better!). Agape employees all of their own workers so no contractors. This makes the price higher, but the accountability, scheduling, dependability, and quality all well worth it! As before - they came with a notebook explaining the exact scope of work and all the details of the cost. I had a few items I wanted added on and they were able to accommodate them - although because they keep a tight and busy schedule they can't always accommodate add-ons so be prepared for that and try to tell them everything you want done up front at the initial consult. Also - because doing a lot of little handy-man type repairs is harder than a big project in many ways - just stay on top of the check list to be sure everything is done. If you notice anything - say something. They are professionals and will absolutely make something right without any grief!! You do not need to hover over them, nor was I ever worried about safety in my home if I needed to leave them there alone (which I did a lot). Great set-up and break-down and clean up after. I would definitely have Agape - and Tiffany and Charles - back to work on my home any time.

This is the second time we've hired Agape Home Services to do home repairs and/or upgrades. As before, they were FANTASTIC to work with. Jerry is friendly, professional, and super available for all of your questions before, during, and even after the project. The workers he sends out are very professional and experts in their field, and he has someone for everything. This time, we hired him after we had some mold remediation work done. We recently moved into an older house that has several issues needing updating. After the remediation, we knew we wanted to replace the mix-matched old carpet, cheap tile, and small area of scratched up wood in our entry way, with one medium. We ideally wanted wood, but did not want to have any other mold or water issues (been burned too many times in the past), and stained concrete was out of the question because we could not leave while they performed the work. Jerry suggested the wood look porcelain tiles and helped us find something beautiful in our budget. On the very first day of work, I was involved in a serious car accident with my two children. I spent most of the remainder of the time they were here recuperating upstairs in my room. They were SO courteous and respectful, making sure I was able to get around the house easily when I needed to. The tile was installed by Charles and Tiffany, and I would definitely ask for them again by name for my next project. They did EXCELLENT work. They put down around 1500 square feet of 6x24" tiles and there is not a single one even slightly askew. They left the house pristine, and were the most professional crew I have ever worked with. Again, I can't say enough about these guys. Super awesome. Love Jerry, Tiffany and Charles, and some guy named Bill ;)

We are pleased with the end result. Alex and his crew were always on time and did a great job communicating with us on our project. Each evening they left the work site clean and were always respectful of our property. Jerry, the owner, came out when we initially called for the quote and then again when we asked about an additional paint job - just to check and see what exactly was needed and gave a us fair quote on it. Will hire them again.

We had a partial kitchen remodel done. They had to work with our existing cabinets and tile flooring. They were extremely polite and professional. They would always inform us of when they were leaving for lunch or parts and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They installed new quartz countertops, new backsplash tile, kitchen sink and faucet, double ovens, smooth cooktop in the island, undercabinet lighting and painted the walls. Everything looks amazing. They accomodated our request to leave a path to the back door open as we had 4 dogs to deal with. We used their decorator Becky Watson to help choose the materials for our remodel. I didn't agree at first with some of her choices but I believed in her and in the end she was right! It all looks amazing! We will definitely use Agape again in the future.
