Response from Agape Home Services
Thank you for your review. Admittedly this customer was not handled in the manner which Agape is accustomed to providing. Unfortunately the project coordination was mishandled by a FORMER employee, and once I discovered that there may be a potential issue with the planning of the project, I stepped in. As for the quality of the workmanship, I can say the final product is second to none. We at Agape always strive to give outstanding service, well planned projects, and superior quality craftsmanship. Now as for the D rating given by the Gentleman I would like to say in my opinion it is unfair. This particular gentleman, once contacted by me ( The Owner) seized the opportunity to begin a negotiating process, based on the fact that I was concerned about the progress of his project. Mind you I made the initial contact with this Gentleman regarding the issues. He never contacted me to say he was not satisfied with how the project was going. There were constant text messaging at late night hours, threats of non payment, and opinions of the proper construction methods in which he was definitely a part of, even going as far as to put on a tool belt and join in on the construction with our contractors, which clearly is forbidden in our contracts due to liability issues. In retrospect I wish I had been more involved with the project from the beginning and feel like this could have all been avoided, but unfortunately we have to trust others in order to grow. In closing I'd like to say I'm sorry for the inconvenience this gentleman had to endure, but in the end it was not only made right, but he was given a $1,000.00 credit in good faith for the inconvenience. Even he stated the guys we sent to finish were top notch. I will strive to learn from this experience and not make the same mistake. Sincerely, Jerry Wetrich ( Owner Operator)
