ABROCK PEST MANAGEMENT

We have been using Arbrock for about 5 years. We are happy. In short, Professional Punctual Reasonable Great results. Pest are gone!! I recommend Arbrock.

Stay away from this company! I was informed in July my previous pest control contract was acquired by Abrock and they would be performing the service per my previous contract (which was prepaid in April of 2018 for a YEAR). They sent a guy out 8/11/18 who in turn stated he couldn't perform the service because it was sprinking out and his office would contact me to reschedule. I waited OVER A MONTH for them to call me back and never heard a thing. I just spoke to the owner, Ryan Nienstadt, today after leaving a message and ME having to initiate a conversation. He informed me Abrock will not be honoring the terms of the contract that his company "acquired" from my previous pest control provider - did i mention I prepaid a year's worth of service - because the service level was too high and he wouldn't cover all pests included on the original contract. I asked for a refund and he stated he would not be refunding me and I would need to work that out with the previous company. I would absolutely not recommend this company and will never do business with them. Shady (!) and I wouldn't be able to trust them to perform the service to an acceptable level!

They're pretty good. They're responsive, they come when they say their gonna come. I'm pleased with them. The price and quality is good. They come every quarter.

It went fine; there was no problem. I know the price was reasonable or my husband would have changed. Our experience with them is great. They are very nice people. They are very thorough outside and inside. They call and set up a time and keep it going in a good way. They keep us informed on what's going on. They are just good. With regard to price, my husband does a lot of research since we moved here from Louisiana and finding good pricing. I know that he would not have kept up with it if the price was crazy. I have been here every time they have come, so I am going by that experience.

This is the first time that I used this company. They first set traps and they didn't get anything I guess the roach were coming and going. They make sure that there was no roach in here and then sealed up the wall on the other side so they couldn't get back in and that was really, really nice. I recommended them to my neighbors.

Abrock comes on the quarter and are always prompt. If there is a problem (only once in 14 years) they come back immediately. The company is family owned and they are always pleasant and efficient. I have a large dog and they are good with her. I can't have anyone in my home who is not comfortable with animals. As things stand right now, I will never use another pest control company.

They are real experts at that. They have worked for us for nearly 15 years. I would give them a Gold Star. This company has excellent ethics. They have tremendous knowledge of their craft and how they approach everything that is related to organic pest control. They do their own research and they come up with unique solutions. I just think they are a phenomenal company to work with. They do so many different things at different rates. They do the termites at one rate, and they do the yard fertilizing. They got the whole yard looking green now, and everything is great.

We are satisfied with them. They are quick at getting to the problem and coming out to the house. I will continue using them in the future.

I have been really happy with their service. They take the time to explain what they are doing. They do all kinds of treatments for all sorts of things. They are very professional and they come out when they say they are going to come out.

Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I'm totally delighted. I picked Abrock because of the reviews at Angie's List. This might be my best Angie's List find so far. Ryan and ndash; the tech and ndash; was very professional. No high pressure sales. He identified a carpenter ant problem. He didn't find any termites and even though I indicated an interest in having a termite program started, he did not try to pressure me into it at all. So, I'm going to have that done next time. Ryan was very professional and very thorough. Honestly, I couldn't be happier. The price is higher than normal, because of the carpenter ant problem. He also took care of a bagworm problem on my fence and I don't see that he charged me any extra for that. I doubt that this company is the lowest priced, but the level of professionalism can't be topped, in my opinion. Very happy customer!

They go above and beyond the call of duty. I have used them for eight years. They came one time to look at a rodent problem because my dog is in the yard and I was worried about her.

I am comfortable with them coming into the house, it's just me and the dog. They are good with the dog, she is a doberman, they just know how to act. They are act like gentlemen and are very thorough. If there is a problem they come back and fix it immediately at no charge. I live right by a creek and I don't have any bug problems.

I have been using them for about seven years. It is a father-son company and the son always comes out. He is really nice and I like him.

Abrock is always on time. They take great care to not track leaves, etc. into my house. Abrock is a father/son business and I trust them in my house and would have no compunction leaving the house while they are here. They come out to re-treat if it is needed (only one time in five years). Also, they are quite good with my dogs. I have used them for five years and will recommend them to anyone.
