A-PLUS FOUNDATION REPAIR CO

I WISH I had the option to use this company! I had a HORRIBLE experience with another company ("Premier Foundation Repair" in dallas) and the KIND and HONEST people at A Plus foundation have helped me through the distruction caused by Premier. a few weeks ago my yard was distroyed by Premeir and their sloppy, unprofessional work. I was stuck going with them because the prior home owner had a limited warranty through them (they were the cheapest company he could find- and believe me- it shows!) Worried that permiere's work was as sloppy under the house as it was on the surface, i called A Plus. They came out quicky and ON TIME and THOROUGHLY looked over the entire house! (Premiere's "estimate" was given in less than 5 minutes by the rude and annoyed-acting owner) But A Plus took their time checking both inside and out. They then asked for the engineers reports, which i didnt have. They said the city would have them along with the permits that were filed when the work was originally done. Not wanting to EVER talk to premiere again, i went to the city's buildings department. Here i found out that premier NEVER had a permit to do the work in the first place, and that there was no engineers reprot. This cheap, unprofessional excuse for a company had scammed the prior home owner and now me too! A Plus has offered to help in the process of validating all the work allegidly done by premiere and even offered an ongoing services agreement if it came down to needing one. They spent a good half hour in person and another on the phone walking me through everything and explaining the details of fondation repair. And how much did they chargeme for this time and attention? NOTHING. Thats right. Not a dime. They were COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, UPFRONT, REALISTIC, and incredibly helpful. I know that in the future, should i EVER need any sort of foundation help again, i will ONLY go to A Plus and recommend them to everyone i know. Im not sure how their prices compare, but I can absolutely garantee you that its work every penny and more. Customer services like this is the reason who companies succeed, and eventually, all the "Premiere's" (read- "SUB-PAR's") of the world wont be around much longer thanks to the technology that allows for shared experiences.

Poorly. I contacted this contractor to provide a quote for foundation repair and we confirmed a date and time 3 days later. Chet did not show up at the agreed time NOR did he call. After waiting more than an hour, I called him to see what happened. He seemed surprised to hear from me and stated that he was working another job. It was clear that I interrupted him. I asked why he didn't call and he acted like he wasn't supposed to call me. I can understand that appointments are forgotten or missed on the calendar...lots of things happen these busy days. But he obviously wasn't interested in my business. Chet did not even offer to reschedule the estimate. I was very surprised at that. It required me to get on the Angie's List and BBB website to find contractors who could provide a quote within a few days. It was not what I expected to do two days before Thanksgiving and I'm sure the other contractors weren't expecting last minute request for a quote.
