+ -1 moreI would NOT use this pool company. Last year I needed a new pump and I asked for them to replace my mastic. They repaired the pump and did not do the mastic. I just thought they were busy and forgot. This year they replaced my heater, and did not replace the mastic, even though I got a quote for cost. I've tried contacting them through phone and email requests, and they never return a response. I guess they pick and choose what they want to do, and are NOT there for customer support. Just seems like a shady business to me. Just move on and find another company because you're guaranteed full service here!

+ -1 moreClayton was very nice. Said my grids about 2yrs old so I must have replaced them before. Was very neat and did the cleaning out on the alley and then rinsed the DE and dirt away. He says he does other pools in neighborhood. Christine, the secretary, called me when he was 15 min out and he was. I would use again. He is the type of guy that lets you watch and learn, so you can do it yourself in the future, if you so choose.
Description of Work: A complete filter clean and reload with DE and inspect equipment.
