+ -1 moreI purchased a Groupon coupon for this company. I called to set up an appointment; he did not show up or even call to cancel. I called him 3 times during the day but he never returned my calls. After 3 days of me calling him, he did return my call. Was not apologetic at all - he said he didn't have a record of the appointment. - he must have been on a job when he talked to me and didn't write it down. He set another appointment; again - he did not show up or call. I am very disgusted with the lack of professionalism and responsibility.
