Brian, was extremely professional, quoted very quickly without any hesitation, very confident and dependable. Super happy with the outcome of the very difficult structural repair he did on a top toe kick board and main support of very heavy concrete stairs of porch. Many Contractors did not quote it but Brian of Strong Land Construction, had no problem repairing it in 1 day.

Brian Leach owner of Strong Land Services was easy to work with. His crew was knowledgeable and courteous. They did an excellent job building, staining and installing a new pergola and refurbishing our existing deck. The bid was reasonable and we highly recommend them!

Constructing the Pergola became a problem when adequate space prevented when it would not meet the space requirements. However, the Carpenters were able to reconfigure the Pergola design to fit in allotted space. The entire crew worked together in unison, each known their assignments. Brian called me the same day I contacted his company and setup appointment to review the site and provided the estimate to complete it. Chayce, Randy, Sam, and Brian were amazing. Had a bout with weather but to catch up they came out on a Sunday. I have yet to see a company come out on a Sunday. They completed the work and gave us exactly what we asked for. I look forward to using these guys again.

Brian completed two projects for us. He replaced the stairs to a garage apartment on one property, and on another property he replaced the stairs and a deck that required quite a bit of knowledge and know-how to adequately water proof and seal off the existing garage below. Brian was a great find with a superior work ethic.
