Description of Work: They did some leveling at a place a had recently purchased. Overall I am happy, I did not visibly see all that went on under the house. They did a good job of explaining and as I understand will check house again at end of 12 months.

Description of Work: We had an estimate for foundation leveling/repair on a property that we were under contract to purchase. Terry with Skillful Construction was thorough and very informative in providing us with an estimate. Description of Work: Leveled our entire house after a terrible plumbing leak. I am answering/evaluating prematurely since they just started work today. Insurance was so slow coming round with the money they incurred a small fine. I hope I can add to this eval after they have finished.

+ -1 moreThey measured inside and out side very carefully and thoroughly, talked to me about my concerns, and advised me that I should not make any repairs at this time. It was not a severe enough problem. I appreciated very much their not taking advantage of me and charging me for a job that was not necessary.

+ 0 moreThey did a really good job; I was surprised that they were able to do so much with relatively simple tools. They had to hand-carry all of the concrete in buckets to the house; which is really hard work. They stuck right to it.
Description of Work: I have a manufactured home so I used Skillful Construction to put in 4 concrete footings and weld the concrete footings to the manufactured home's frame in the bottom, underneath the house. They also replaced all the shims on the original cinderblock beams.

+ -1 moreHe was very good. He was the best guy I have ever used for foundation repair. On the last one he did for us he even came back and tweaked it for us. The beams broke at no fault to his own, and he came and fixed it right away. I felt his price was very fair. He is a great guy to work.
