Both experiences have been outstanding and have absolutely no room for improvement. It has been a pleasure working with the Co. Unbeknownst to them they are now our regular go to. To top it all off, their prices are very reasonable.

Arrived on time and got right to work. Seeger has been to our home before so checking the zones didn't take long. He and son dug down into a low soggy area to find a slow leak and repaired the pipe. They traced the pipe back to the source of the water leak, a faulty backflow valve. Instead of replacing the valve it was fixed (a stray St Augustine root had grown under the valve holding it open slightly). The valve cover was a do-it-yourself job and was inadequate. Seeger and Sons did not have a replacement with them and vowed to return some time the next day to replace the old valve. I paid for the valve and the next day when I returned from work, there it was. All soil had been replaced as well AND the front yard hose was wound up back on the reel. Beyond the cost of the "deal" I purchased was only the cost of 1/2 hour of labor and parts. Money well spent. I will not call another company for my sprinkler maintenance.

Outstanding service. We had some initial confusion on our appointment, however, it was cleared up quickly. He came out and discovered that both heads were broken (most likely by people driving over them) and replaced them both with flexible lines to protect them a bit more. Also, he spotted that one of the heads wouldn't rise. When he dug to find out why he discovered that the line was cracked by a root from a tree. He also repaired and rerouted the piping to rectify that issue. He then checked the rest of the system and adjusted the pressure and now my sprinkler system works ten times better than before. Very personable and even better service. Would recommend them to anyone!!!!

I met Mr Seeger through the $60.00 special. He and his son came out and looks at my system that had not been run by the previous home owners in over a year. They tested everything and got it up and running again at no extra charge. They some recommendation and I asked them to come back out and do the repairs (raising some heads and replacing some). Don is the sprinkler whisper, after 4 or 6 more trips back to my house to check the system after the septic tank people kept digging and messing a lot of things up. Don fixed everything and saved me from having to replace the whole system which would have been over $2000.00 just for the back yard. Other sprinkler companies had told me that I would need to replace the whole system. I have never had a problem getting in touch with Don he returns calls and is flexible in scheduling but because he is so good he is very busy. He is worth the wait.

I bought a big deal for this service and it was fine. It was okay and certainly adequate. He was not able to fix the controller which was an older controller and may not be fixable at all. However, with the water restrictions we have I seldom am able to use it anyway so it really is not of great consequence. They came out shortly after I purchased the deal. The guy showed up when he said he was going to and he did basically what he was supposed to do. I have not had any problems since then. It was good service, not outstanding, but certainly no problems, whatsoever. The man was competent, knew what he was doing and had the equipment that was needed.

I bought the pre-paid service through Angie's list for a sprinkler system checkup. They scheduled an appointment and failed to come to my house. A week later after no contact, I sent them a friendly email and gave them an opportunity to reschedule and they did not respond. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!

Mr. Don Seeger is a busy man! He was a bit hard to get a hold of but I'm sure that it was because this is the high season for this type of work. Once he did get out to our house, he was courteous, knowledgeable, honest and gave us a fair price. I would definitely use his business again.

They did an excellent job for us. When a problem showed up he took care of it for no additional costs.

The valve work was accomplished but the same issue arises. They didn't fix a zone like they said they did. Still having the same issue.

Don the installer has a good personality and was very courteous. His work was very professional and took care of the patio area very well. Had to schedule the work a couple of times but really was not a big concern because I was not in a rush. I would certainly would use his services and do recommend his work.

The service worked out good. They did a good job. They contacted us immediately. We scheduled a day and they were here first thing that morning. There were some broken sprinkler heads and there was an additional $12.

There were a few delays and rescheduling of our appointment due to circumstances beyond S&S control. We were contacted prior to the final appointment and S&S offered to come earlier in the day than scheduled. The system was checked, existing heads adjusted and properly set and several broken heads replaced (he had them on the truck). We were charged a small amount extra only for the replacement heads as compensation for our rescheduling inconvenience. S&S folks obviously know what they are doing and offered suggestions to maintain the system. Will use them in the future.

I knew my sprinkler system needed some work when I ordered the deal. I was expecting them to look over the system and give me a quote for repairs that I would then have done. They showed up on time, took their time and looked over all of our zones (we have a lot). Afterwords I was told that several things needed repairs and that a quote was going to be sent after the weekend. I informed the individual that we were going to have the work done but that i needed the quote first. The quote never came. I have had tis problem with several providers on angies list, they come out charge your a nominal fee to assess the work and then never provide a quote for doing the actual work. I will have to call another provider to have the work estimated and done.

Very professional and friendly. arrived a few minutes early and did his work within about 90 minutes.

Things were great. They were just very honest. They came and did the work. They just charged me for the cost of the parts. I'd give them A's across the board.

Besides being punctual, they were professional and courteous and explained the work. I thought they were great.

They were really good. I ended up buying new pumps- it was more than I wanted to pay but it was not their fault. Even though they had quoted me a price, and they had to go out, buy me a new pump and bring it back and install it, even with all that, they didn't charge me more for their time. They charged me for the pump-the guy made a little bit of money on the pump but even though they spent more time, they didn't charge me. I thought that was really great- that was really nice of them.

This guy was on time and very through. Showed me how to work my system and recommended fixes. I will use again.
