Description of Work: tuned up system. Replaced some sprinkler heads. Set timer. One area never came on after the system was serviced. I called a couple of times and talked with the tech,but he never came back to fix the problem.

Description of Work: I paid for a sprikler service call. He came out 3-4 times and was saying things that needed to be done, mostly giving my husband information. He did not provide a quote for work we needed, and really did not perform a "service call" that resulted in repairs. I understand he is extremely busy with jobs, however this just further delayed our getting repairs completed on our sprinkler system.

Description of Work: The work performed was good. The contractor was nice and friendly. However, he was very difficult to contact and/or set up and schedule services. We actually wanted to have him perform further services, because he had done a good job on the initial services, but unfortunately, we are at the point of needing to find another contractor to complete the services.
