Description of Work: Septic system inspection. He was on time and did the usual inspection promptly. The annual contract covers any labor for repairs but not parts. We haven't required any repairs yet but are comfortable that he will be able to do them promptly if/when needed.

 + 0 moreWe just bought this house, and the service contract the previous owner had with him is still valid, so he doesn't send us a bill. We don't call him, he just shows up randomly, which I think is good.
Description of Work: We use Rocky Ridge Septic to come out and check the septic for its operation, and he give us his comments on a card that he leaves. On the first visit, he said that we were low on chlorine, and on his second visit he said that the system was running fine.
