 + -1 moreThey were throughout, they were excellent, and well mannered. I would say they were overall an excellent provider. They had to take the entire well pump apart, fix it and then put it together. It took 3 hours but we are glad it is done before the big frost hit.
Description of Work: The provider had to spend three hours redoing the entire well pump.

 + 0 moreThey were efficient, answered all my questions,, did a fine job. The cost was in line with other companies. An issue when you have this type of problem is you can't get free estimates, they can't know what's going on underground and pulling a pump is costly. They didn't try to sell me all kinds of unnecessary repairs, I saw the hole when they pulled the pipe out, and they did a great job replacing the corroded pipe, and put a new pump in too since the old one was already 15 years old and I wanted the peace of mind of having a new one down there.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired hole burst in water well piping. So they had to pull the pump and the 300 ft of piping out, and replace about 100 ft of pipe.

 + -1 moreCalled and spoke with someone right away who asked how much lead time I'd need to meet them out there. Called the next morning to meet me an hour later at the property. Had all the equipment, tools, and parts for anything that might be needed for my windmill water wells. Both very nice guys who came out and super knowledgeable. Ended up spending the entire day working on my two wells, figuring out the problems, making repairs, and keeping me really informed on parts, tools, and what was happening. The final bill was extremely reasonable and I now have 2 working wells. I will be using these guys for future well service on my properties.
Description of Work: Examined and repaired 2 remote-located windmill water wells on a ranch that I manage.Tested windmills, got both (separate problems) serviced and running properly.
