"We hired South Eden to help us with our backyard landscaping from planning to completion. I highly recommend Jaz and team for ANY landscaping plan. As we are not new to landscaping design, I had very specific "wants" and "don't wants" in our project. They were VERY accomodating and reworked the plan design several times before starting the project and during the project. They communicated during every step of the way to assure we were more than happy with the results. As we wanted a design with zero grass, South Eden was extremely knowledgeable in hardscaping options, plant selection, and plant location to make the design perfect for our layout. The team that came to complete the landscaping were on time and very pleasant to work with. My specific ratings are below as a single "5 STAR" doesn't do them justice: 1. Communication and Followup: 5 STAR (most landscaping companies didn't even bother to call us back 2. Landscape planning and design: 5 STAR 3. Pricing: 5 STAR (estimate was 60% of the other landscaping companies) 4. Quality of work and product: 5 STAR I look forward to working with South Eden again when we redo our front landscaping this spring"

"I hired Eric Knight in October of 2024 to remove an old flagstone patio and replace it with a new deck. Work commenced November 4 with the demolition of the flagstone. To this day (January 17) the flagstone still sits in my backyard after many promises he would haul it off. I had already paid him to do so. The deck was done to my satisfaction although Eric farmed out the job to sub contractors. We agreed to have an underground drain for the downspouts to empty into my backyard. I wasn?t happy with the design he came up with, with huge PVC pipe above ground, which is quite an eyesore, not to mention it leaks on the deck, and the water doesn?t drain into the yard. He said the leaking was normal, and he would design something to cover it. I?m very disappointed with Industrial Lawn,LLC. Eric Knight can?t be trusted to complete a job, and he lies about when he will show up, So, if anyone is thinking about hiring him, heed my warning. The guy is a snake. "

"I cannot express my dissatisfaction with this company more strongly. This past week I was alerted to their crew blowing ALL of the leaves in my xeriscaped front yard into my neighbors front yard. My neighbor who had recently paid his landscaper to rake/bag all of the leaves in their yard the previous weekend. I realized what JUST RIGHT LAWNS crew was doing just as this was finishing and called their office so they could immediately address. Since then it has been about excuses, run-around and ultimately no remedy. I also realized it was also caught all on my ring video afterwards and sent the office the link to explain my concern with the expectation they would simply bag up the leaves they blew into my neighbors front yard (it was a lot and the video of the activity is quite dramatic and clear). Initially I thought, they would be reasonable and take care of it but after numerous delays and far too many inquiries and excuses -- they are not doing anything. After having this company for 10 years doing work on a relatively small property, the least they could do is fix their own mistake. I have discontinued service as of today, requested a refund for the last service and asked yet again for them to reconsider this opportunity to do the "RIGHT" thing and correct. As an Architect who works with homeowners, I cannot recommend this company or the lack of customer care and hope this information proves helpful to others when making a choice."

"My neighbor (Greg Fallin) highly recommended that I purchase my landscaping stones/rocks from Texas Soil & Stone Outfitters. The service was better than I expected… My wife is so pleased, that she is sending back for some more stones for areas in our back yard…"

"Stay away!!! I've spent over a thousand dollars on this lawn company for 6-8 weeks of mowing and extensive lawn care/ maintenance, and my lawn looks worse now than when they started. Because of them, my lawn has fungus- they admitted to miscalculating the treatment which caused the fungus. They don't guarantee their services. And now they are dodging my calls and emails and trying to point blame elsewhere. No accountability or responsibility. Stay away!!!!! Their work is sloppy and they leave grass trimmings on the lawn (they cut my lawn when it was raining and left the trimmings heavily layered on top of what was previously healthy lush grass); patches of grass are cut down to their roots; and edges are carved out completely. I also utilized this company at the onset for additional lawn care and maintenance, but know that you will be dealing with a different company (outsourced), but you are paying Macario directly. The scheduling and coordinating of the mowing, care and maintenance is an utter mess. There is no communication on scheduling, process and next steps. They are good at taking your money though!! So after spending so much money with these guys, I have grass that's infected with fungus (they admitted to not using the right mix of chemicals for the treatment). And I wouldn't doubt their equipment is dirty and old which only makes the problem worse."
