I contacted him for repair of existing keypad and some custom metal work we were needing done and he politely and professionally let me know he was booked out for several weeks. He also gave me referrals of two nearby companies and we were able to schedule the work with one of them.

Spoke to Wade twice over the phone trying to fix the problem with my gate. He did all of this just so he could save me the cost of the service call. We spent 40 minutes together trying to resolve the situation. Although I was not able to get it fixed with his help, I was amazed by his willingness to help me without charging me for his time. He really went above and beyond! Turned out I really needed a part replaced and luckily I was able to get it fixed by the company that installed my gate and now everything is working fine. I would certainly call Wade again if the situation arose for his help.

He came out pretty fast but he never came back.

Provider visited site to determine location of gate and confirm design for center of gate. Provider supplied a detail proposal and design via e-mail. Confirmed design and paid half of cost so gate could be built. Once gate was built, Provider came to site, dug holes for gate posts, installed posts and cemented them in place. The following day provider installed gate and opener and set opener codes. Great looking gate that works perfectly.

Very punctual, didn't have to oversee the project at all, sent photos and installed while I wasn't even home!

We thought they were fantastic. My wife and I had a utility gate installed in our house. The time they contacted and the time they worked was about two weeks and they were professional. We were very happy with everything they did, their communication and everything. The only problem they ran into is we have a lot of rock in the soil so it took them a little longer to drill down into the ground and once they got it they were fine.

Wade Lane did a great job. He installed a new automatic gate operator that better suits my needs. When he discovered the lights on my gate posts were connected to the old gate operator and the wires were too short to reroute, he rewired the old operator so that the lights continued to work but the operating mechanism was disabled. I requested a remote wand so that the gate would open as a car approached it from inside, but after learning I live on a pile of rocks he suggested a remote keypad instead. This saved me quite a bit of money in rock saw costs. Wade even programmed my car so that the button I use to open the gate works with the new system. I'm extremely pleased with the work he did and highly recommend him to others.

It was a very pleasant experience from first contact to final installation. The pricing was competitive but Wade Lane (Owner) took time understanding the requirements I had with my driveway iron gate and explained options I had to accommodate some of the electrical and landscaping issues with where my gate was located. The automatic gate opener works like a champ and with his 2-year warranty (parts & labor) and fortified with the manufacturer’s warranty I feel protected. Yes, I would use him again. I wish more tradesmen were like this.
