+ -1 moreHe picked up, fixed it and brought it back to our house. He offered to hook it up and he will only accept payment until after you used it and you are satisfied with it. I was impressed with that.

Description of Work: Called him to give us an evaluatiuon and possible repair on a washer that had quit functioning properly. Cost was stated as $85 whether repair or just evaluation. Showed up on time, gave us a recommendation that the washer needed to be replaced, suggested a low cost washer available at Lowes. Spent about 30 minutes. Bill was $85.

+ -1 moreI contacted Kool-It Refrigeration on a Friday. My refrigerator "died" the evening before, but luckily I had a small refrigerator and freezer to move the food into. When Wayne returned my call I explained the front computer control had failed, but the power was on (lights came on when door opened). I had checked the manufacturer web site which said to unplug the frig for a few minutes then replug but it still did not work. I also explained I had placed food in my other units. He was on the way to another call and unable to come on Friday. We made an appointment on Monday morning. Wayne was on time - a wonderful attribute! He knew exactly what was needed and had the part with him. He quickly replaced the part and stayed a little longer to make sure the unit continued to work.
Description of Work: He replaced the failed computer "motherboard" on my 3 year old refrigerator.

+ -1 moreWayne was on time, very polite, and professional. He took the required time to do a complete check and did not hurry. He was very careful in removing the unit to not damage the floor or cabinets. He completed the work on the service call at a very reasonable cost.
Description of Work: Double oven was not properly heating on lower oven and lower fan was not operating. He removed the unit from the wall cavity and serviced the unit.
