Kitchens Designed by Vivienne LLC

Description of Work: Vivienne designed my new kitchen, and I absolutely love it. I usually do not write these types of reviews, but Vivienne went so far above and beyond the scope of work that I felt I must sing her praises. Viv is easily the best person that I have ever worked with. Not only did she provide me with a top notch plan, she provided me three. I may not be the most decisive person when it comes to design and I wanted to make sure that I was going to be 100% happy with the design. That said, I started with one idea, went 180 degrees in the other direction, then went to a place that was a compromise. Viv worked with me all along the way. From soup to nuts, the design process took about 6 months, maybe longer. Viv never once complained. She made it very clear that she was not there to spend my money but to make sure that I was going to be absolutely happy with the final product (which I am delighted with). Once Viv produced the final design, she didn't stop there, she picked out my counter tops, she picked out the tile, she went with me to the stone yard, she let the contractor in my house during construction while I was away. And most importantly, she held my hand throughout the process. She is a consummate professional. She shows up when she says she is, she emails and phones to make sure everything is progressing, and she fights with the contractors to make sure that the job is done correctly. Not that there was any fighting. Oh, and did I mention that she also recommended both the General Contractor (Gary Stein) and the Cabinet Maker (Artistic Accents LLC). They were great to work with. It is always nice when the the contractors and the designers get along (which isn't always the case). If you have kitchen or bathroom design needs, you should hire Vivienne.
