Harper Carpet Care

My carpet is short shag and I also have animals. I really don't know if there is anything else he could have done but, my carpet wasn't totally spotless when he left. The price was okay. Because I don't like everything was clean, I might try somebody else in future. I am still trying to find somebody I really like.

Super service from the get go. Responded punctually and arranged date for work to be done within a week. Young man (annoys me I've forgotten his name) arrived after giving me a thirty minute notice call. Very professional attitude and examined all areas of cleaning to be done. He gave me knowledgeable advice on carpet care that will help me in the future. All work completed within two hours, all cleaned up and paperwork signed. Great job ....Will use again and recommend to anyone !

Fabulous! **** Wonderful young man who worked hard. Harley Harper noticed a repair my husband had done to carpet in the hallway. Suggested the carpet be restretched there. Did it for me at no charge, including pulling it away from the wall and stretching the entire hall. Then regluing the seam. Above and beyond my request.

I completed two reviews of this service, both very good, because I was sent TWO questionnaires. The first one was not acknowledged, so I completed the second one that came a month after the service was performed. I was NOT trying to pad the review box. I'm a realtor, property manager, and landlord and I'm asked for carpet cleaner recommendations all the time. Harper Carpet Care is the only company I offer and now I require them to be used at moveout by all my tenants or risk a deduction for a re-clean. I've had other companies come in and then we followup with a black light and see what was really left behind. I have had NO negative feedback from clients on the results from Harper Carpet Care. They do a very good job with carpet patching also. These guys even get down on the floor to smell the stain and diagnose what needs to be done. Get the pet treatment even if you think your animal 'never' has an accident!

I found them on Angie's List. I chose because of their price. It was cheaper than going with another company.

Harper carpet card was on time and efficiently cleaned all the carpets in our home. They looked great!

Fabulous service. Booking was simple, they had an opening that fit with my schedule about a week out. They were prompt, polite, professional, did a great job, charged what they said they would... absolutely nothing bad to say about this company. I will definitely use them again. We received a quote from them to clean our sectional sofa which is quite frankly disgusting, and will be booking that soon once I get a handle on our schedule. Great crew!

We've used them several times. They are very good, very thorough, cleaned up everything and they have a fair price. They came in quite a bit low on price compared to the other carpet cleaners that we have contacted previously. They have a good service and good price.

They do just fine. They are a carpet cleaning company, and that is just so technical. They did a fine job, they were prompt, they were quick, they didn't ask for any additional help or anything. The 2 guys who came out were willing to do everything on their own, although we did help with moving some furniture, but they did not request it. They were willing to do it all. They took care of the rooms that we asked it, they did it quickly and professionally. The gentlemen were very nice. They did a nice job, we had some spots because of our 2 cats, and they had no problems with the spots. They came out a little early, and they called us ahead of time, and their promptness was very good.

Harley was able to get stains out of the chair and carpeting. He even got silly putty out of the carpet. We were actually considering getting new carpet but his work has convinced us that our berber still has years left in it. I can't speak about any pet odors but he has gotten a repeat customer in me. He's really good and thorough. We will definitely use him again.

I have used Harley for 3 years. He has always been professional and provided excellent quality service. My carpet always looks clean like new. I really appreciate the fact that he put the furniture on blocks after the cleaning. I will definitely use him again.

They have always been nice and they would talk to us, but I just don't feel like they got the job done of getting the pet odor out as well I just felt a little bit like it was halfway done. In the beginning he was doing well and then some things happened like a guy wrecked his van and he lost a worker. The price went up quite a bit, but I always did something different. He was early which kind of bothered me. They came during my friend's nap.

He is nice and friendly. It's an independent business. Harley came out personally, he does his own work. He did an excellent job.

I called Harley from out of state, preparing to move back to Texas. Harley picked up the key from the realtor, went to the house, and cleaned all of the carpets. When I arrived a few days later the carpets look fantastic. The whole house smelled wonderful and the house was ready to move in. Harley even waited until I arrive for his payment. How often do you find that these days? Harley is very professional, does quality work, and an all around honest and great guy. You cannot go wrong having Harley clean your carpets. Next, I am having Harley clean my sofa and chairs - can't wait.

Harper Carpet Care came out reviewed the work that I wanted, gave me an estimate, and scheduled my appointment at a time that was convenience to me. On the day of the job they arrived on time. They moved furniture and stretched the carpet in four rooms, a hallway and master closet. They clean the carpet throughout the house. Outstanding work. Harley and him crew were very professional, polite, and did an exactly job. I would certainly recommend using them.

Once again they brought my carpet back to life and it's fresh and looking great. No small feat with two boys, their friends, a dog, a lacrosse team and rowing team traipsing through the house over the summer. The tile in my kitchen also looks great and the grout is an entirely different color now that they've cleaned out the grime, I'm very pleased. The owner and employes are polite and professional - by far the best service and results that I've ever had in this area.
