Description of Work: "Roof repair, chimney sealing. |Punctual, and brought a ladder to be able to get on the roof and do a visual inspection. They were about to schedule an appointment on the same day as the quote, but it may have just been a slow day when I called."

Description of Work: Harper carpets cleaned all the carpets in our home. His earlier appointment took longer than expected, but he called to let me know, and then he called to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous and worked hard. However, one of the stains did not come out at all, but when I went back over it with Incredible to came out right away. We also had a pet accident deorderized and cleaned. Our dogs have not gone back to that spot, so the smell did come out, but the stain didn't come out at all. Overall, if Harper was running a special I would use them again, but not if I had any type of stains that needed to come out. Lastly, the young man that came was alone and worked really hard the entire time. Previous carpet cleaners we have had have had 2 people and I think that works out better.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpeting on my stairs and 2 large area rugs. Harley did a great job, was on time and the price was fair. will use them again.
