He never showed up to do the work. He was very defensive when I told him I was looking at prices for parts. We discussed a settlement and he never showed up to fulfill his part of the agreement.
Description of Work: They were supposed to install a pump on our washing machine.

The company was called to repair an under the counter wine cooler that was not cooling. The repairman noted a light indicating "service required" was on. He turned the unit off and then back on. The service required light was no longer on. The repairman declared the unit fixed, asked for a check, and left. After several hours, the temperature had still not decreased, and the service required light was on again. A call back to the company resulted in a scheduled return visit the next day. The repairman never showed. Having no confidence in the repairman, we decided to use another company who quickly diagnosed the problem and pointed out that the part required was still under warranty and should be replaced by the manufacturer at no cost.
Description of Work: The repairman was asked to diagnose and repair an under the counter wine cooler that was not cooling.

Mike Usher came on time and worked on the ice maker. He said it was fixed but to give it an hour or so to start making ice, and then he left with our check for the service. After the hour, I checked and found the ice maker very, very hot! I called him back, and he told me to turn it off! He said he would order a new part, but he never came back or answered our calls.
Description of Work: He replaced a control board and sensor.
