Description of Work: Everything was left very clean! Carpet was like new!

Description of Work: A1 did not arrive @ time scheduled & we had to contact them to find out why. Told they were held up on another job & it would be 5:00 before they could make it. We said that would work for us as we had not only moved what furniture we could out of the way already, but we planned to put our house on market next day. That was our last contact w/this company. They not only did not show up that day, but they never contacted us again. We were not only inconvenienced with our furniture out of place for FOUR days, but were not able to put our house on the market that weekend as planned. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY DUE TO THEIR TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND COMPLETE FAILURE TO RESPOND OR OFFER AN APOLOGY. We had prepaid for their service, but thanks to Angie's List, we did receive a refund a few weeks later.

Description of Work: I made several attempts to reach out to the company and even asked Angie's list to assist in the communication and still no response from the company. if they are unable to communicate, that shows how their service will be. I prefer to spend my money with another company.

Description of Work: I called to confirm appt the night before and had to call multiple times the next day. After waiting almost 3 hours I had to leave. They were poor communicators. They said they would call me back and never did I am working with Angie's list to get credit back

Description of Work: I bought a groupon for air duct cleaning from this company. The technician called me (Larry) and said he was running late. He was very rude over the phone. I told him my housekeeper would be at the house waiting for him. He called me back 20m minutes later stating we had mold in the vents and he would not perform the paid services in the house. I called my husband who is a lawyer who represents families with mold cases and he went to our home immediately. (Did I say Larry was rude when he called me? he was down right rude) My husband got home and said it was not mold. The guy (Larry) ended up just blowing out our dryer vent which our housekeeper said was alot. So at minimum we bought a dryer vent blow out. I have a monthly paid membership with a reputable ac/heating company in town which would have told us during their 2 time free annual service we had mold. I am totally disatisfied and when I looked up A1 Steamers on Angies list and noticed they were not listed I just nodded my head. I should have used Angie's list to find a good vendor to begin with. Do not buy services on Groupon unless you check Angie's list.
