Description of Work: I called to set up an appt and the the guy over the phone told me, "ok, I've got your informtion in our system. Someone will contact you to set up an appt and give you an estimate." Nobody ever called me to set up an appt or come to my house for an estimate. Instead, I went through a GREAT on-line company to get what I wanted and I couldn't be happier.

+ -1 moreWe had a bad experience with them. It took them 2-3 months to complete the work. When the work was completed, it still wasn't the way we wanted after we explained everything to them. We wanted the door on the fence to open either way, but it opens only one way. We didn't want to bother and we forget it because it took them so long to complete the work. We were not satisfied with their work. They were very professional.
Description of Work: We hired Valley Fence Co to install the fence.

+ -1 moreThe installation was well done, looks fine, and it has been a huge help. They furnished their own wood, not panels bought in a store, some of which are warped. The poles were installed in concrete to prevent flood and weather damage.
Description of Work: Installed a cedar fence on one part of yard to replace old damaged fence. The job took a while and they had to accomplish this task without interfering with the next door neighbor fences.
