Excellent service! Mr. Soto initially came out to give me a quote in upgrading to a 200 amp service since our new home's box didn't meet code and was double lugged. While here during the quote, he showed me I had an arc of electricity from a faulty connection and frayed wire. Said he didn't feel right about just quoting and leaving until he at least fixed the wire. He did so at no charge, which was impressive. Compared to the other quotes, 2 of which didn't even investigate my actual box, this attention to detail was not only great customer service, but also potentially saved us from a house fire. Fast turn around in getting the new service upgraded, to include installation of some necessary grounding rods outside per code. Great detail to ensure all switches labelled correctly!

I contacted Mr. Soto, who promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. After the appointment, I was told I should have an estimate in a few days. After a week, I had not received it, and contacted Mr. Soto, who then sent the estimate to me. On August 12th, I scheduled an appointment for the week of August 29th, to be completed before Thursday of that week. On the 29th, I called Mr. Soto and left a voice message in an attempt to confirm the appointment. I did not hear from Mr. Soto, so on the 30th, I emailed him to confirm our appointment. Still no response. What a waste of time when I could have had a more professional provider come to complete my work during the weeks I waited!!

Ran line from opposite corner of home along roof to front of home. Exceptional workmanship and great team. Went above and beyond our expectations. Added plus: both spoke English and kept me informed throughout the entire job. Took approx 6 hrs to complete. Very pleased!

Called Mr Soto on 05/26/15 in the morning based on the A+ rating on Angies list. He said could come by that afternoon around 2pm to give me a quote. At 5pm that day I called him to see what was going on and he apologized and said he could not make it but he could do the work I needed to be done on Saturday 05/30/2015. He said he could be to my house around 12 noon. I waited all day and nothing. A consumer should not have to chase down anyone. Very disapointed. A phone call goes a long way to keeping potential customers and their word of mouth referrals happy. I wish him the best.

They were prompt, polite, they cleaned up after themselves, and they made sure we were 100% satisfied before they would accept payment. Wonderful gentlemen!

I installed a 50 amp panel in my backyard for my RV and needed someone to upgrade the house breaker to 200 amp and run the wires from the house to the RV panel in the backyard. Their estimate was fair and I liked the fact that they were on time to give the estimate and showed up in a truck with their logo, license # and contact info. They trenched the area from the RV panel to the house, ran the conduit through my rock wall and along the base of the house and connected everything to the new 200 amp panel they installed. Everything works great and I couldn't be happier. Punctual, courteous, and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

From the beginning, they were on time for the estimate and the owner worked with me well around my schedule to arrange for the installation. On the day of installation they were on time, worked quickly and were professional. I could not be happier. This provider offered a military discount unlike the others that I received quotes from and was under other electrical company estimates prior to the discount. I would definately recommend them to others!

The technician arrived on time. They were very professional and answered all my questions. They were willing to work around my schedule so they could complete the work. I would use this company again if I have any more electrical issues.

Customer service was great. I was very happy with the work they did. I will call them back for any other electrical work that I need.

Arrived in the morning to assess the work. Quoted my wife a price of $380.00 dollars. My wife called me to get my opinion. I told her to have them install switches to turn off the water feature and the backyark lights. They showed up several hours later, spent 2 hours finishing the work. They installed another timer type transformer, even though I asked only for on- off switches for the backyard. Then I was presented a bill for $523.75. I was not pleased and said so. He claimed they were here a total of five and a half hours at 75 dollars per hour. I only actually saw 2 hours of work and even that seemed to be done remarkedly slowly. I suggested that they misrepresented the estimate. The owner (who did the work) claimed that my request for switches on the lights and the pump were over a $140.00 more. . I said that I would most assuredly complain to Angie's List. He said that he didn't want that and offered at first to drop the price by 100 dollars. I said that was OK and I would then give them a good rating on Angie's List. Then he asked me to pay $490.00, not $420.00 claiming he figured it incorrectly. I again claimed that was outrageous. He said that if I was still going to complain to Angie's List , then he wanted the entire amount. He then blamed my wife, claiming she asked for this "extra work" and SHE never asked what the new cost would be. I told him that I would have never approved work for $523.00 and that his estimate and his claim for five and half hours labor were a scam, and that I would contact BBB and would write this much deserved BAD review. He told me that if I was going to give him a bad review, that he wanted the full $523.75. I paid him to get him off my property.

The provider never returned my phone call.

Replacement work was fine except that technician did not replace cover on circuit box when work was completed.

Prompt, courteous and knowledgable electrician. Would highly recommend!

We called Power Solutions at 4:30 pm Wed. 2/26. Mr. Soto answered and told me he would be at my house by Noon the next day. He called that morning (Thurs.) and was at our home by 10:00 am. The job took him and his helper a little over an hour. He was prompt and courteous and we would not hesitate to contact him again. We highly recommend his company.

They were very professional, efficient and cleaned up after the work was done. They were very thorough in checking every outlet and switch and the electric box. We highly recommend them.

He had no problems. Everything went well and timely. He made some helpful suggestions about changes I may make in the future,

This was an "A" experience all the way. I called, told them I found them on Angie's List, and had no trouble scheduling a visit in my preferred time slot. Robert was responsive to my phone calls, and showed up at the time selected. He was professional and personable, and was happy to answer my newbie homeowner questions. Price was reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Everything went well. Roberto, in my estimation, is top notch in professionalism and quality of work. He gets straight to work but yet will take the time to explain, in detail, what it is he will be doing. When his work was completed I felt total satisfaction - no complaints.

They added two electrical outlets, one in the living room and one in the kitchen so I could hang both of my tv's.

The provider, Power Solutions Electric worked with me on the many and various electrical jobs that are listed above. He reset my outdoor fixture that had pulled loose from the wall. He discovered that a non-working light switch was probably never installed correctly and that the batteries I bought for a solar lantern were the wrong kind. To summarize, he was competent and professional in a wide variety of electrical problems. He was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this provider.

I have classic cars and trucks at home and being able to work on them at home gives me a real pleasure for my hobbie. Robert and his assistant Joe, were quick to start this job. On the first day, conduit was ran from the main power panel over the top of my roof and down to the back entrance of my garage where a weather proof subpanel was installed. Total amount of conduit ran was approximately150 feet. On the second day wire cable was installed with a 220 volt 50 amp receptacle and a 120 volt 30amp receptacle. Best part is, the work performed is not visible from the street or from our neighbors homes. The work looks original to the house. Great job Power Solutions Electric!

He did the work well but he adjusted the garage door worse than what it was when he arrived so it required him coming back the next day to fix it the way he found it. One of the ceiling fans was not fixable but he replaced a part in it before he realized its true condition. The outlets were fixed fine. The biggest issue was his lack of on time arrival. He was late by 1 hour the first day and 2 1/2 hours the second day. This is a problem for me because I have clients waiting for me in my office. What I did not like was I was charged for him to come back and redo the work that went wrong the day before. The end result was good and the work was done to my liking but I did not like the charge and lateness.

He installed lighting for me in my bathroom. The job went very well. The owner was knowledgeable. He installed regular light fixtures for me and worked on some switches. He was awesome. He changed my lighting in two bathrooms. There was only one flaw. He gave me a referral and that did not work out. But he himself was very good. I will use him again.
