Classic Pools Spas & Fountains

The pool itself looks amazing, but we've had issues with the pool since it was installed. I regret ever giving the last installment until we had tested everything. I was promised another coating on the concrete slide since it was rough, no one ever showed back up....it has now been a year and Casey, the owner keeps saying they will come out and do it. Casey also say's he will show up and never does. I'm very disappointed in the customer service of this contractor and I've now had to start paying another pool company to come out and repair things that we've been trying to get him to look and fix since the pool was completed last year. I will not recommend this company.

Casey pinkston of Classic pools and spas built my pool. he was very good at showing up and getting the work done and we were pleased with the results. Until after it was completed. We we never able to get the pool water clear without adding a chemical called flock-out. And then we would have to vacuum to waste every week. We thought maybe it was the stone that we put all around the pool. So we put a seal coat on the stone, that didn't work. Still had to keep putting flock in it every week. I hired a man that cleans pools, and he kept saying there is something wrong with this pool, it should be clear. So I called Casey and let the pool boy talk to him. Still nothing came of it. After a year of fighting this, thinking it was me that was not doing something right I called Casey again. It was a Tuesday when I called Casey, and he said, "I will be there Wednesday or Thursday ". He never showed or called, I finally called another pool builder and he came out. And he found out in a matter of minutes what was wrong with me pool all along. Casey had never put any sand in my filter. What a world of difference when the filter actually works. It was clear over night. Casey was done with us when the check cleared.

Wonderful job, on time every time. good work ethic, and easy to get a hold of. Very happy with the result.

We decided to have an in-ground gunite pool put in. I called 8 different pool builders and left word on what I was wanting. 4 of these never returned my call. Of the remaining 4, one called and said he was to busy now and it would be four to five months before he would have an opening. Another one called and set up an appointment and canceled, set up another appointment and canceled and set up another appointment for a Wednesday. In the mean time, Curry's pools from Sulphur Springs had called and set appt for the same wednesday morning. Then Casey Pinkston from Classic Pools from Canton, Tx called and made an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. The other pool guy that kept canceling could not tell me when he could come, so I called him and canceled him till the next day Thursday. |Wednesday morning, right on time Curry Pool's shows up, listens to everything we want, wrote everything down, measured everything. Then he went out to his truck for about 30 minutes and came back in with an estimate and a drawing. That afternoon, right on time, Casey Pinkston and a worker showed up. They listened to everything we wanted, and measured. Then they came in and on my kitchen table drew it all out. Casey told me he would e-mail me in a few hours the estimate. Well in less time than that we had it. I still had to wait for the cancellation man on Thursday morning. Thursday morning, he does show up on time. He did more talking on what he thought we should have and did not ask one question on what we wanted. He did not bring paper to write on or a tape measure. I drew out what I wanted the pool to look like on a paper towel. He was here for about 20 minutes, then left, didn't even take my paper towel. Said it would take him about a week or so to work up my estimate. He did call about one and a half weeks later. I didn't return his call. |Curry Pools was really great, but we chose Casey Pinkston of Classic Pools because we felt he understood what we were wanting things to look like more. |Casey started the job when he said he would, he was checking on it always. If I had ANY question about anything, I could call. may take him a bit to return my call, but if I texted him, it was an immediate response. Casey was so patient with me on explaining everything. He went into great detail on how everything worked. He is very easy going with a great work ethic. When any workers showed up to work, they worked constantly, I did not even see them take breaks. And everyone worked very well together. I could tell that they had great respect for Casey. |Everything was done and completed in the time Casey said it would be. I would recommend Casey Pinkstone of Classic pools to everyone and anyone. And I would definitely use him again. |

I called and I told him where the house was. He said he would take a look and provide a general estimate. I called for several weeks following and he never came or responded.

Casey of Clasic Fountans, Spas and pools. came in and corrected the hole , redid the repar and finished the pool in ten working days. We have a pool to be proud of and in a record time from start to finish. I would recomend Casey and his company for any job, any time. All of the references that we were given checked out postivly so much so that I at first was hard pressed to believe all of the good things I was hearing. I found out that everything on my job went well and he follows up after the job is completed to answer any questions.

After 10 weeks with another contractor we had a hole in the back yard and some rebar. I fired that contractor and hired Casey Pinkston. He came in and fixed the hole which was dug wrong, installed rebar and had the hole ready for inspection on the first day.. After 6 more working days, I have a pool that is ready for plaster with the gunite, plumbing, electrical , concrete and stone installed for the decking around the pool. His orstration of the project was phenomial. As soon as one stage of construction was finished he had another crew in working on the next stage. You can't ask for a better job than he has done. When I initally contacted casey i ask for references and was provieded with 5 contacft phone numbers. Two were buiness and they gave him glowing reports. The other three are individual home owners and all gave the same reports about him: He is punctual He does what he says he will do. He does the work for the price quoted. He is flexable. He is adaptable, able to change details of the project on the fly where possible. He does the project as if would be his own personal project at his house. He has a great personality, easy to talk to and discuss details of your project. Once the pool or other project is finished he does not dissappear but will follow up with any questions for maintaince for as long as you want. All of the above comments were given by his refrences and he has lived up to every one of the comments . I am very happy with Classic Pools, Spas, and Fountains and I would recomend them to everyone that has a project to by built by a contractor. Cant say enough good about this company.
