Vee Downey from Appliance Expert was sent to us from Lowe’s Advantage extended warranty to fix the 3 yr. old washer. She came out 9/28/12 and said she had to order pumps. The frig wasn’t working properly the next day and we asked her to look at it. She replaced the overload in the back and said she was going to get the part the overload plugged into but she never got that part. She ordered what she called the damper but is a diffuser. Promised she would come out as soon as part for washer came in no matter if she had to come out at “9:00 at night or 3:00 in the morning”. Lowe’s called 10/9/12 in the morning and said part for washer was in. Vee made us wait 2 more days until the frig part came in. She was paid by Lowe’s advantage and us. She should of honored what she told us and came out the day the part for washer came in. We had another frig but were without a washer! She said the washer was un-repairable and frig was fixed. Next morning had to throw food away because frig was warm. 10/16/12 she said she would be there in the morning and I waited all day. Husband got off work 2 hrs. early because I had to be elsewhere and she came at 4:15 pm. She replaced another part that she previously said was good and frig still not working. 10/18/12 received a text from her at 8:05 am asking if I was home that she needed to fix the damper because it’s been to long, my reply was “yes I’m home and yes 3 weeks is too long”. Waited all morning and after lunch I had business to take care of and left to go into town. She called at 12:23 pm and said she was on her way. I told her I waited hours for her and wasn’t home, she said to all when I get home. Called at 4:01 pm and left message, she called back at 4:29 pm and said she couldn’t come out. We told her if she thinks she can fix the frig then she could have it just give us our money back because we’re not paying for anymore parts. This is a Sears Elite that was a nice frig. She said she couldn’t do that. We said we were sorry and do not like turning in bad reports

Not finished as promised, said she would come as soon as part came in, any time! Part came in yesterday morning, call from insurance company let me know at 9:00 am

After they came and checked the freezer everything is working great!
