Raymond Gonzales and his crew put in four French doors, replacing my sliding glass doors. They did an outstanding job and I would absolutely hire them again. They gave me a good price and did a good job! - Jeanette S.

They gave me an awesome price, under bid everyone else I had spoke to. However the quality of the work is not acceptable. Since the installation of my roof I have had repeated issues with the vents leaking. I have had to call them out time and time again to repair or replace vents that leak. The vent above my stove is leaking again and I have to put a bucket on the stove to catch the water. On top of that the fan is no longer working and it is a brand new vent hood. The vent in the master bath is leaking and I now have a stain and possibly mold on the ceiling. Every time I call them the owner, Daniel, plays dumb, refuses to speak English and his wife has to always translate what he says. I recently had them install carpet, cut tile I need to lay and trim and caulk the exterior window trim. Two pieces of the tile were cut wrong and now I have to find a way to re-cut it and the trim on the windows were not properly caulked and will have to have someone else do it. They take forever to return my calls and sometimes I have to call and call to get a response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am waiting for a response, the complaint was filed a week ago with still no reply. If you do not speak or understand Spanish I would highly suggest calling someone else. I could only communicate with one one of the workers who laid the carpet.

They work very fast and was very informative about the work

Excellent .. competitive prices .. cost what they say .. on time .. professional and detailed oriented .. careful with landscape and total cleanup. Will be calling them in a few years when house roof needs replacing or other repairs.

Gonzalez Remodeling was prompt, careful and professional. We plan to hire them again for our next project.
