Since 1980 I've tried many septic tank pump out (cleaning) services and compared services vs. fees ... and attitude, with experience & knowledge application to most anaerobic problems one can possibly have. This one is my pick as a homeowner + as residential architect. There's no better value and his sage advice comes free to those that will listen. But that normal fare. My worst nightmare came when I thought the field lines were at life's end + everyone but Ricky Carroll Sr. said so. Since no one else was willing, he taught me by example what digging, et al. had to be done - in sweltering heat, after hours, after exhausting job previous, then never sent me a bill. Perhaps he's a saint (or didn't want - or too booked - to come back to do more) but that education deserved a check (hope it was enough). The rest I was able to manage thereafter now it worked like new again with green grass proof. Thank You!
