Paul Neeley's crew was very professional and responsive to input. No questions were "dumb" ones and they were very careful to make sure that the fence was close to the ground in order to keep our 2 dogs in. They also were very precise with the alignment of the posts and fence panels which are very clean lines when you look down straight runs. They also did some custom welding to make the transition from the retaining wall to the fence look very classy. Paul was very conscious of keeping communications open and worked to make sure our expectations were exceeded. We are very happy with our fence and would use them again.

They gave what I thought was a fair bid and installed the fence. However, we had the fence installed in a very small area specifically to to keep our small dogs inside. He was very nice and did good work, but our dog simply walked right through it. He felt bad and said he would come back to solve the situation after he got back from a vacation. We never heard from him again and he never returned any of our calls. We have now had to have a third party come in to complete the work and spent a substantially larger amount of money. I wish he had at least called me back.

The fencing was installed quickly and cleanly then the stone masons began the columns. We were told the masons were being used for the first time by our fence company. I was hesitant but gave them a chance to build a few columns so I could evaluate their work. The work was excellent but they were very slow. It took longer than I expected to complete the job because of the stone masons. I am pleased overall with the job and would recommend this company again.
