Excellant service and repair. Prompt, polite, patient with my questions. Very Knowledgeable. Gave advice in proper use and care to avoid any future repairs. I thought the price of the service call was fair. Very positive experience.

First replied to my request in a timely manner. Second plumber showed up when they said they would. Very professional and handled my problem with some problems but thought nothing of it and he got the job done. I would use Eric's Plumbing if I ever need a plumber again. Good people.

Absolutely on time for our appointment, the job was done quickly and the cleanup afterward was first rate. A job well done.

My home warranty company couldn't find any plumbing company within 100 miles that would come to my area to replace a leaking water heater. They then gave me authorization to find a local company that would do the work that I would pay for and get reimbursed by the warranty company. The owner of Eric's plumbing assured me that they knew how to handle the authorization process by calling in to get a further authorization to complete the work. After two days of having no water on in my home to bathe, drink, wash dishes, flush toilets,etc. A team of two young men from Eric's Plumbing came to my home at approximately 5PM with a new water heater and installed it, relieving me of my emergency. During that visit, one of the young men called my warranty company to get the authorization they require as part of the warranty contract that is needed before the work begins. They were on hold what seemed like forever and apparently gave up. They completed their work anyway and I paid them $1000. for parts and labor which I had been quoted. I expected that this amount would be more than would be authorized by my warranty company, but I concluded that even after my plan's deductible they would still pay for a large part of the bill. I paid the men the $1000 dollars and the men left approximately 1 1/2 hours after they arrived. The man who had been trying to reach the warranty company by phone said he would keep trying and should be able to reach them by the next day. In the next weeks I spoke with the owner's wife at Eric's Plumbing who handles the office and phones asking her to tell me when they had reached the warranty company. She told me on three separate occasions that she didn't know but would find out and call me back. She has never called back and I have paid for an emergency job and not been reimbursed from my warranty company. I am an employee of Lowes and could have had this work done in half a day if I had to pay for this job myself for much less money. Although the job was done quickly I paid for parts that were not used and I'm having to sue the warranty company to reimburse me. My lawyer says they are still liable because they didn't provide a means for my plumber to contact them in a timely manner and they were unavailable when called. I can give Eric's Plumbing a complement concerning this issue. When I was waiting for a call back from plumbers that the warranty company was supposed to send, I got on Home Advizor, found Eric's Plumbing and she called me within minutes. While I was on the phone with her Eric himself was trying to call. This is why I called them back once I had authorization to find a plumber myself.

Eric's person was so helpful and professional! She immediately scheduled my appointment for the next day. She met my busy work schedule to accommodate my needs. Eric's team was very professional and worked efficiently and carefully. They left the work area neat, and they were very respectful of my home - took their boots off before entering the house. I was very pleased with the work and will contact them for future work.

Javier did a great job! Diagnosed what he needed. Went to obtain supplies for the unusual sizing of the pipe and quickly returned. Work was very good and efficient! Professional service. Highly recommend!

Javier came to the house and identified the problem with our shower. He could not repair and his company did not do this type of work but he identified the problem for us. He did a good, professional job.

Eric was great. He called me right after receiving my request through Home Advisor. We set up a time for Javier to come out and look at my problem. Eric told me what Javier would do and quoted me a price (auger the line and also scope with camera - the latter at a discounted price). Javier arrived several hours after the set time frame due to another job. Understandable, but I wasn't notified until I called them to find out why the delay. Javier augered my clogged drain but did not scope it as he stated his camera was not long enough. The bill for the auger job was more than the original quote. I do have them coming back to see what the permanent fix is and I will use their service again because at least they contacted me in the first place. Previous plumber I used has still not returned my calls. I hope Eric's service can get me my drain problem fixed once and for all.

Came out and gave us a free quote. Arrived to install the tankless water heater on time. Work was completed and we were charged according to the original quote.

Very prompt. Accurate quote. And did a free review of all our plumbing system - but clearly not to just find extra work to do. Javier was very good.

I called Eric's on Friday. Their rep (Javier) came out the same day, and gave us a very reasonable quote. Monday morning Javier arrived on schedule, and finished very quickly. The bill was exactly what was quoted. Javier was punctual, competent, professional and a great representative for Eric's. I will not hesitate to use this plumbing service again.
