Got the referral information from Angie's List and called right away. It was after-hours so I left a voicemail. That was a Friday, so waited until hadn't heard from them on the following Tuesday to call again. The woman who answered the phone was rude! She said that she got my message Friday, but wasn't sure if she was going to call me back. At this point, I should have hung up. But I didn't. I made an appointment to be treated for ants inside my house. While we were still talking, she changed the pricing twice. Again, I should have not completed scheduling, but I did. This was the real kicker, she couldn't get me in the schedule for 3 weeks! It really bothered me, how she had treated me on the phone. To the point that I started doing my own research on how to treat ants myself. So I called and canceled. I found the answers and materials needed to DIY on Pestmall.com
