+ -1 moreBe very careful about doing business with Williams Precision Air. While they act friendly (initially), they have trouble resolving any issues. We had them come out (due to being assigned them by our home warranty company) to fix issues that were already confirmed by another HVAC company. Our intent was to use the home warranty tech (Williams Precision) that get all or a portion of the overall cost covered by our home warranty. 5 visits and over $4000 later and our system isn't in any better shape. Now they are refusing to actually come and finish the job without me submitting another claim. I'd suggest steering clear and trying another (reputable) company out there.

+ -1 moreVery well. The serviceman did a very thorough job. He quickly determined that it needed new part and he had the part that was needed on his truck. After changing out the part, he cleaned the outside of the air conditioner at no extra charge. He was very polite and respectful.
