Description of Work: Archie came by and gave me a quick verbal estimate to replace the cement caps on two light poles. Later he called me from the manufacturer to go over my options for design and price. He came back a few days later and installed the caps. When we discovered that there was a part missing from the new lights I had purchased, he was willing to wait while I ran back to Lowe's to pick up the missing piece. He doubled checked that everything he did was to my liking. Great job!

+ -1 moreI gave Archie a 4 hour window to come by on a Saturday to give me an estimate. I was hoping to get an in-person estimate from him because he only had 1 review on Angie's List. This would've set him apart from the other companies because they all said they didn't need an on-site visit, which is very puzzling to me. Anyway, Archie seemed agreeable to that and agreed to the 11a-3p time frame. Apparently, Archie decided to come by my house, I guess, at 0930 or so. I really don't know because I never saw him, but he said he came by. I didn't consider this a deal breaker, though, because he gave me a very good estimate. However, I did have questions about the mailbox he proposed because this is the first one I've had done, so I wanted to know about the process, etc. Well, apparently this was too much for Archie to handle! His response to my questions was to say he wasn't interested in doing my mailbox, I was making it too hard! Wow, a few questions is too tough to handle? Good luck, Archie!
