I can't say enough good things about Andy Rhinefort and his quality staff. We visisted with 5 companies and most of them made it more complicated and more expensive than it needed to be. It was a huge headache getting a different opinion and different stories from these other "salesmen." Some companies out there push specific services and products that you might or might not need. One company we interviewed wasted about 5 hours of our time trying to sell us on installation products without ever getting to the actual work we needed done which was cooling our upstairs loft Andy and his employees are the most courteous and thoughtful group we have ever employeed. The quality of work was top notch and it was a breeze dealing with Rhinefort. Everything they promised they did and they did extremely well. I have a new HVAC company for life because they are that good. Their price was excellent but better yet their service and quality is second to none. In today's world you think you have to pay extra for good quality and a lot of times that might be the case. We received bids all over the board and one was twice as much as Rhinefort. I can't imagine getting any better quality or service than Rhinefort provide at a very fair price. Simply put they are the best at what they do. Also, they are just good people and take pride in what they do. I wholeheartedly recommend Rhinefort for your HVAC needs.

With the tempetures reaching around 102? Andy Rhinefort had arranged to start around 0700 am but, he had called and said they were running late. He showed around 0730 am and began working. First the plenum was removed, after the rest of the crew showed. The new flex ducts and fittings, resisters were install with no problems. They stayed on top of it all day and finished around 0400pm. Andy Rhinefort and company we very professional and even accommodated with the request to hook up a duct to the master bedroom to allow for our pet to come inside to cool off. All the ducts were sealed with mastic and all conserns were addressed. I would highly recommend Rhinefort cooling and heating. Andy Rhinefort is just good people, thoughtfull, courteous and very professional.

Besides doing good business, they're just good people.They're polite, clean and knowledgeable. I've wondered how they can be so clean doing what they do! They are prompt and good at returning calls. They're top notch!

THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING BECAUSE IT KEPT TRIPPING THE BREAKER. THEIR RHINEFORT TECHNICIAN DETERMINED THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM AND REPLACED THE THE CRANKCASE HEATER WITH A FACTORY REPLACEMENT. HE WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND HELPFUL. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE.

ANDY COMES WHEN I AM AT WORK, I CAN TRUST HIM IN MY HOME. HE ALWAYS COMES THE DAY I CALL.
